Claims (4)
- 交換プレート(1)を形成するようにプレス加工された少なくとも1つの金属板から製造された給気熱交換器のフラットチューブ(100)であって、
当該プレス加工は、流体入口(3a)と流体出口(3b)とが、伝熱流体が循環する回路によって連結されることを可能にし、
前記回路は、湾曲部によって連結された少なくとも2つの直線経路であって、第1方向に延びるとともに、互いに隣り合う2つの前記直線経路の間にリブが配置された少なくとも2つの直線経路を含み、前記回路は、内部に配置されるとともに、前記フラットチューブ(100)の材料に対して30mV以上の電位差を生み出す材料から作製された、少なくとも1つの金属インサート(51)を備え、
前記フラットチューブ(100)は、プレス加工された金属板から製造されるとともに、互いに組み立てられた、2つの交換プレート(1)の組立体によって形成され、各交換プレート(1)のプレス加工された面は、互いに対向し、
前記湾曲部の内側に配置された丸みを帯びた前記リブの端部の前記第1方向に直交する第2方向の寸法は、前記リブの前記第2方向の寸法よりも大きい、ことを特徴とするフラットチューブ(100)。 - 前記インサート(51)は、0.7〜1.5%の比率で亜鉛を含有する金属合金で作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフラットチューブ(100)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記交換プレート(1)は、3000系アルミニウム合金で作製されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフラットチューブ(100)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのフラットチューブ(100)を備えたことを特徴とする給気熱交換器。
