Claims (1)
- N行(Nは3以上の自然数)M列(Mは1以上の自然数)からなる複数の画素を有し、
前記画素は発光素子を駆動する画素回路を有し、
第1行目の画素は、発光素子を有さない画素であり、
第2行目乃至第N行目の画素は発光素子を有する画素であり、
第1行目の画素が有する画素回路は、同列の第2行目の画素が有する発光素子と第1のスイッチを介して電気的に接続され、
第k行目(kは2以上N未満の自然数)の画素が有する画素回路は、同列の第k行目の画素が有する発光素子と第2のスイッチを介して電気的に接続され、かつ、同列の第k+1行目の画素が有する発光素子と第3のスイッチを介して電気的に接続され、
第N行目の画素が有する画素回路は、同列の第N行目の画素が有する発光素子と第4のスイッチを介して電気的に接続され、
前記画素回路は、第1のトランジスタと、第2のトランジスタと、第3のトランジスタと、容量素子と、を有し、
前記第1のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の一方は、第1の配線と電気的に接続され、
前記第1のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方は、前記第2のトランジスタのゲート電極および前記容量素子の一方の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第2のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の一方は、第2の配線と電気的に接続され、
前記第2のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方は、前記第3のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の一方および前記容量素子の他方の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第3のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方は、第3の配線と電気的に接続され、
前記第1のトランジスタのゲート電極および前記第3のトランジスタのゲート電極は、第4の配線と電気的に接続され、
前記第1乃至4のスイッチは、トランジスタであり、
前記第1行目の画素が有する画素回路は、前記第2のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方が前記第1のスイッチであるトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の一方と電気的に接続され、
前記第1のスイッチであるトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方が前記第2行目の画素が有する発光素子の一方の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第1のスイッチであるトランジスタのゲート電極が第5の配線に電気的に接続され、
前記第k行目の画素が有する画素回路は、前記第2のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方が前記第2のスイッチであるトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の一方および前記第3のスイッチであるトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の一方と電気的に接続され、
前記第2のスイッチであるトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方は、前記第k行目の画素が有する発光素子の一方の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第3のスイッチであるトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方は、前記第k+1行目の画素が有する発光素子の一方の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第2のスイッチであるトランジスタのゲート電極が第6の配線に電気的に接続され、
前記第3のスイッチであるトランジスタのゲート電極が第7の配線に電気的に接続され、
前記第N行目の画素が有する画素回路は、前記第2のトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方が前記第4のスイッチであるトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の一方と電気的に接続され、
前記第4のスイッチであるトランジスタのソース電極またはドレイン電極の他方は、前記第N行目の画素が有する発光素子の一方の電極と電気的に接続され、
前記第4のスイッチであるトランジスタのゲート電極が第8の配線に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする発光装置。
