Claims (10)
- 基板または表示パネルの一側面にフィルムが付着されるように前記フィルムを加圧するフィルム付着装置であって、
前記フィルムの一側面と接触して前記フィルムを加圧する加圧部と、
前記加圧部に結合され、前記加圧部を支持する支持部と、
前記支持部が第1位置および前記第1位置から下側方向に離隔位置する第2位置の間を移動するように前記支持部を案内するガイド部と、
前記ガイド部が一側端部に結合されるボディとを含み、
前記支持部は前記ガイド部と連結された一対の支持部材を含み、
前記加圧部の中央部が前記フィルムの前記一側面と接触する時、前記支持部は、前記第1位置に位置し、
前記加圧部が前記フィルムの一側面を加圧する際に前記加圧部は変形され、変形された前記加圧部が初期状態に復元しようとする反発力と、前記支持部材を通じて前記加圧部に伝達される力とは、互いに分布の偏りが相殺され、前記フィルムの一側面に圧力が均一に加えられることを特徴とするフィルム付着装置。 - 前記加圧部は、下側方向に膨らんだ板状部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム付着装置。
- 前記加圧部は、前記フィルムの前記一側面に対応する形状に変形可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルム付着装置。
- 前記ガイド部は、
互いに向き合い、それぞれ前記第1位置および第2位置に位置する第1ストッパおよび第2ストッパと、
前記第1ストッパおよび第2ストッパに垂直方向に延長され、両側端部がそれぞれ前記第1ストッパおよび第2ストッパの一側に結合される垂直部材と、
前記支持部の一側に結合され、前記垂直部材に沿って前記第1ストッパおよび第2ストッパの間を移動する連結部材とを含み、
前記加圧部の中央部が前記フィルムの前記一側面と接触する時、前記連結部材が前記第1ストッパと接触することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルム付着装置。 - 前記連結部材には、前記垂直部材の貫通する貫通口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィルム付着装置。
- 前記支持部は、
前記一対の支持部材の互いに隣り合う2つの一側端部は、前記連結部材に結合され、
前記一対の支持部材の2つの他側端部それぞれは、前記加圧部の両側端部それぞれに連結されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィルム付着装置。 - 前記一対の支持部材は、互いに並んで配列されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルム付着装置。
- 前記一対の支持部材の前記一側端部それぞれは、前記連結部材にヒンジ回転可能に連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルム付着装置。
- 前記一対の支持部材の延長線のなす角度が最大の時に、前記加圧部は、前記フィルムの前記一側面に対応する形状に変形することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフィルム付着装置。
- 前記加圧部は、SUS(Stainless Use Steel)または形状記憶合金(Shape Memory Alloy)からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルム付着装置。
