Description
なお、上記の「密閉収容」とは、ケースの内部空間が完全な気密状態に維持されるという意味ではなく、内部空間への外気の流通が抑制され、外気温度と内部空間の温度とが簡単には平衡化されない、ゆるやかな気密状態をも含む広い意味をもつ用語として用いられている。
(1)上述した実施形態では、バッテリユニット6Aは、9個のバッテリモジュール6aを横3列縦3段に積み重ねて構成されたが、それ以外の個数、列数、段数を採用してもよい。その際にも、各バッテリモジュール6aは帯状の留め板532を用いてベース部材531に固定される方法を採用すれば、バッテリモジュール6aがコンパクトに組み付けられるので利点がある。
(2)上述した実施形態では、循環ファン6Bによる冷却風によって冷却されるようにバッテリ制御ユニット6Cもバッテリパック6のケース60内に収納されたが、バッテリ制御ユニット6Cをケース60の外に配置してもよい。また、さらに別な機器をケース60内に収納してもよい。
(3)上述した実施形態では、バッテリパック6を備えた電動作業車両として草刈機が取り上げられたが、田植機やコンバインやトラクタなどの農作業機、バックホウやバケットローダなどの建機なども本発明の適用対象である。

- バッテリユニットと、
前記バッテリユニットを密閉収容するケースと、
前記ケースの内部空間に設けられた循環ファンと、
前記ケースに設けられるとともに、前記循環ファンによる冷却風を前記バッテリユニットに方向付ける導風部材と、を備え、
前記ケースは、前記バッテリユニットを収容する第1内部空間を形成する第1ケース部と、前記循環ファンを収容する第2ケース部とを含み、前記第2ケース部の内部空間である第2内部空間に前記バッテリユニットと接続されたバッテリ制御ユニットが収納されている電動作業車両のバッテリパック。 - バッテリユニットと、
前記バッテリユニットを密閉収容するケースと、
前記ケースの内部空間に設けられた循環ファンと、
前記ケースに設けられるとともに、前記循環ファンによる冷却風を前記バッテリユニットに方向付ける導風部材と、を備え、
前記ケースは、前記バッテリユニットを保持するバッテリ保持フレーム構造体と、前記バッテリ保持フレーム構造体を覆うパネルとを含む電動作業車両のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリユニットは、前記ケースの内部空間に複数段で配置されるバッテリモジュールからなり、前記導風部材は、前記複数段で配置されたバッテリモジュールの隙間空間に前記冷却風を流し込むために前記循環ファンのファン開口から前記隙間空間まで延びるとともに、前記循環ファンのファン開口と循環ファンの吸気口とを隔離する仕切り板である請求項1または2に記載の電動作業車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記導風部材は、前記複数のバッテリモジュールが存在するバッテリ空間と前記循環ファンのファン開口が存在する冷却風空間とを隔離する隔離板として形成され、前記隔離板に形成されたスリットを通じて前記バッテリ空間と前記冷却風空間とが連通される請求項3に記載の電動作業車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記スリットの形状は、前記複数のバッテリモジュールのそれぞれが均等に冷却されるように決定されている請求項4に記載の電動作業車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記ケースの外表面にヒートシンクが設けられている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車両のバッテリパック。
- バッテリパックと、前記バッテリパックからの給電によって駆動する後輪と、前記後輪の中心軸より前方に配置されるとともに前記バッテリパックからの給電によって駆動する作業装置とを備えた電動作業車両であって、
