Description
Claims (18)
- 血液処理装置で使用されるためのフィルタ組立体であって、
20ミクロン〜150ミクロンの平均孔径を有するフィルタメッシュスクリーンと、
各々が前記フィルタメッシュスクリーンの一方の側のみに対して固定される、複数の中空のガス交換繊維と
を備え、
前記フィルタメッシュスクリーンが前記複数の中空のガス交換繊維と共に螺旋状に巻かれ、前記複数の中空のガス交換繊維の間を血液が流れるときに血液を濾過するように構成されるフィルタ組立体を形成する、
フィルタ組立体。 - 前記複数の中空のガス交換繊維の少なくとも一部が100ミクロン〜1000ミクロンの外径を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記複数の中空のガス交換繊維の少なくとも一部がポリプロピレンまたはポリメチルプロピレンで形成される、請求項1に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタメッシュスクリーンがポリプロピレンまたはポリエステルで形成される、請求項1に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記複数の中空のガス交換繊維の少なくとも一部が互いに少なくとも実質的に平行となるように位置合わせされる、請求項1に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記複数の中空のガス交換繊維がマット構造となるように配置される、請求項1に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記マット構造が二層の中空のガス交換繊維で作られ、各層が、十字形交差構造となるように角度をつけられて配置される繊維を備える、請求項6に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 長手方向の長さを有し、さらに、前記フィルタメッシュスクリーンが、長手方向において、少なくとも、前記フィルタ組立体の前記長手方向の長さと同じ長さで延在する、請求項1に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 血液入口および血液出口を有する装置ハウジングであって、前記血液入口が前記装置ハウジングの内部まで延在する、装置ハウジングと、
前記血液入口に流体連通されて前記血液入口の周りに配置されるコア構造と、
前記コア構造の周りに配置される請求項1のフィルタ組立体と
を備える、血液処理装置。 - 前記フィルタメッシュスクリーンが、20ミクロン〜150ミクロンの平均孔径を有するポリマーフィルタメッシュスクリーンを含む、請求項9に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記コア構造内に配置される熱交換器をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の血液処理装置。
- 血液入口および血液出口を有する装置ハウジングであって、前記血液入口が前記装置ハウジングの内部まで延在する、装置ハウジングと、
前記血液入口に流体連通されて前記血液入口の周りに配置されるコアと、
前記コアの周りに配置されるガス交換器であって、前記ガス交換器の内側表面が、前記コアの外側表面から出る血液を受け取るように配置される、ガス交換器と、を備え、
前記ガス交換器が、スクリーンフィルタと、前記スクリーンフィルタの一方の側のみに対して固定されて複合組立体を形成する複数の中空のガス交換繊維とを備え、前記複合組立体がそれ自体を覆うように巻かれて前記ガス交換器を形成し、
前記ガス交換器を通過する血液が前記スクリーンフィルタを通過し、螺旋状に巻かれる前記スクリーンフィルタによって複数回濾過される、血液処理装置。 - 前記コアが熱交換器コアを備え、前記熱交換器コアの中に配置される熱交換器が存在する、請求項12に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記コアが前記ガス交換器のための支持体を備える、請求項12に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記中空のガス交換繊維の少なくとも一部が100ミクロン〜1000ミクロンの外径を有する、請求項12に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記スクリーンフィルタの外側表面と前記装置ハウジングの内部表面との間に画定される環状スペースをさらに備え、前記ガス交換器の前記外側表面から出る血液が前記環状スペースの中に集まることができ、前記環状スペースが前記血液出口に流体連通される、請求項12に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記ガス交換器は、ガスが前記ガス交換器を通って流れるのを可能にするように構成され、それにより、前記ガス交換器を通過する血液に酸素が加えられ、当該血液から二酸化炭素が除去される、請求項12に記載の血液処理装置。
- 血液入口および血液出口を有する装置ハウジングであって、前記血液入口が前記装置ハウジングの内部まで延在する、装置ハウジングと、
前記血液入口に流体連通されて前記血液入口の周りに配置される熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器の周りに配置されるガス交換器であって、前記ガス交換器の内側表面が、前記熱交換器の外側表面から出る血液を受け取るように配置される、ガス交換器と、
前記ガス交換器を通るように螺旋状に巻かれるスクリーンフィルタであって、前記ガス交換器の複数の中空のガス交換繊維が、前記スクリーンフィルタの一方の側のみに対して固定され、前記スクリーンフィルタと共に螺旋状に巻かれ、前記ガス交換器を通過する血液が前記スクリーンフィルタを通過し、螺旋状に巻かれる前記スクリーンフィルタによって複数回濾過される、スクリーンフィルタと
を備える、血液処理装置。
