Claims (3)
- 石炭と鉄原料を混合して混合原料とし、
前記混合原料を成型して乾留するフェロコークスの製造方法であって、
前記鉄原料は、径が0.5mm以下となる粒状物の割合が40〜80質量%の範囲内の返鉱であり、
前記混合原料にバインダーを添加して成型する、フェロコークスの製造方法。 - 前記返鉱は、目開きが2.0〜3.0mmの範囲内の篩で篩分けして得られる篩下の返鉱である、請求項1に記載のフェロコークスの製造方法。
- 石炭と鉄原料を混合して混合原料とし、
前記混合原料を成型して乾留するフェロコークスの製造方法であって、
前記鉄原料は、径が0.5mm以下となる粒状物の割合が40〜70質量%の範囲内の返鉱であり、
前記鉄原料を、前記混合原料の質量に対して2〜10質量%の範囲内となる割合で用いる、フェロコークスの製造方法。
