Abstract
【解決手段】粉状の酸化鉄含有原料と粉状の炭材とに有機バインダを添加し、水分調整し、混合および造粒して炭材内装鉱を製造する。このような炭材内装鉱の製造方法において、WFe2O3を酸化鉄含有原料に含まれるヘマタイト量とし、aを炭材内装鉱中の酸化鉄含有原料の比率とし、bを炭材内装鉱中の有機バインダの比率とし、WCを有機バインダに含まれるC含有量とし、WHを有機バインダに含まれるH含有量とすると、酸化鉄含有原料および有機バインダは、(WFe2O3×a)×{(WC+WH)×b}1/3<70の式で示す関係を満たす。

Claims (2)
- 粉状の酸化鉄含有原料と粉状の炭材とに有機バインダを添加し、水分調整し、混合および造粒する炭材内装鉱の製造方法であって、
WFe2O3を酸化鉄含有原料に含まれるヘマタイト量とし、
aを炭材内装鉱中の酸化鉄含有原料の比率とし、
bを炭材内装鉱中の有機バインダの比率とし、
WCを有機バインダに含まれるC含有量とし、
WHを有機バインダに含まれるH含有量とすると、
酸化鉄含有原料および有機バインダは、(WFe2O3×a)×{(WC+WH)×b}1/3<70の式で示す関係を満たす
ことを特徴とする炭材内装鉱の製造方法。 - 有機バインダの添加量は、固形分換算で全原料に対して1%以上10%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭材内装鉱の製造方法。
