Claims (9)
- 螺旋状の転動体転走溝を有するねじ軸と、前記ねじ軸の前記転動体転走溝に対向する螺旋状の転動体転走溝を有し、軸方向に延びる穴から構成される戻し路を有するナットと、前記ナットの前記転動体転走溝と前記ナットの前記戻し路とを繋ぐ循環路を有する循環部品と、を備えるねじ装置において、
前記ナットに前記ナットの前記転動体転走溝と前記ナットの前記戻し路に連通する凹部を形成し、
前記循環部品を締結手段によって前記ナットに固定することなく、前記ナットの前記凹部に隙間がある状態で移動可能に収容し、
前記循環部品は少なくとも一部が締結手段によって前記ナットに固定される蓋部材によって覆われ、
前記循環路を移動する転動体に遠心力が働くとき、前記軸方向視又は前記循環部品の挿入方向視において、前記循環部品が前記凹部、又は前記凹部及び前記蓋部材に少なくとも3箇所で接触するねじ装置。 - 前記軸方向視において、前記循環部品が前記凹部、又は前記凹部及び前記蓋部材に3箇所で接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ装置。
- 前記接触は、線接触であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のねじ装置。
- 前記軸方向視において、前記3箇所を前記循環路の中心線を挟んで1箇所と2箇所とに分けることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のねじ装置。
- 前記軸方向視において、前記3箇所を前記循環部品の掬上げ部の近傍の1箇所と前記戻し路の近傍の2箇所とに分けることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のねじ装置。
- 前記循環部品は、前記戻し路と同心の円弧部を備え、
前記円弧部は、前記凹部のL字状又はV字状の2平面に2箇所で接触することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のねじ装置。 - 前記凹部は、前記ナットの軸方向の端面に形成されるエンド凹部と、前記ナットの外周面に形成されるミドル凹部と、を備え、
前記循環部品は、前記エンド凹部に収容されるエンド循環部品と、前記ミドル凹部に収容されるミドル循環部品と、を備え、
前記エンド循環部品の前記循環路の形状と前記ミドル循環部品の前記循環路の形状とが同一であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のねじ装置。 - 前記循環部品の前記挿入方向視において、前記循環部品が前記凹部に少なくとも3箇所で接触する請求項1に記載のねじ装置。
- 前記循環部品が前記凹部に合計5箇所で接触する請求項8に記載のねじ装置。
