Claims (10)
- 直径と原点が異なる複数の円弧を連結した形状を有し、最外郭の曲線は長軸と短軸を有する略楕円形状を有する非インボリュート形状の固定ラップを有する固定スクロールと、
前記固定ラップと共に外側面と内側面に第1及び第2圧縮室を形成し、直径と原点が異なる複数の円弧を連結した形状を有し、最外郭の曲線は長軸と短軸を有する略楕円形状を有する非インボリュート形状の旋回ラップを有し、中心部には外周面が前記旋回ラップの一部を形成する回転軸結合部が形成され、前記固定スクロールに対して旋回運動する旋回スクロールと、
一端部に偏心部を有し、前記偏心部が前記旋回スクロールの回転軸結合部に挿入されて前記旋回ラップと半径方向に重なるように結合される回転軸と、
前記回転軸を駆動する駆動ユニットとを含むスクロール圧縮機であって、
前記固定ラップの内側端部の内周面には突部が形成され、前記回転軸結合部の外周面には前記突部と接触する凹部が形成され、
前記第1圧縮室は、前記第1圧縮室が前記回転軸結合部の外周面に位置する吐出開始時における前記固定ラップの内側面と前記旋回ラップの外側面とが接触して生じる2つの接触点(P1、P2)間に形成され、
前記偏心部の中心(O)と前記2つの接触点(P1、P2)をそれぞれ結んだ2つの線がなす角度をα、前記2つの接触点(P 1 、P 2 )における法線間の距離をlとすると、0<α<360゜、l>0である、スクロール圧縮機。 - 270<α<345°、l>0である、請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記回転軸は、
前記駆動ユニットに連結される軸部と、
前記軸部の端部に前記軸部と同心に形成されるピン部と、
前記ピン部に偏心して嵌合される偏心ベアリングとを含み、
前記偏心ベアリングが前記回転軸結合部に回転可能に結合される、請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。 - 前記凹部の一側壁を形成する第1増加部と、
前記第1増加部から延びる第2増加部とをさらに含み、
前記第1増加部での厚さ増加率が前記第2増加部での厚さ増加率より大きい、請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。 - 前記第2増加部以降では前記回転軸結合部の厚さが減少する、請求項4に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記凹部の他側壁が円弧形状を有する、請求項4に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記第1圧縮室の一端部を定義する接触点のうち、吐出開始時における前記第1圧縮室の内側接触点をP3とすると、前記P3における接線と前記偏心部の中心(O)間の距離が前記偏心部の半径より小さい、請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 吐出開始から150゜前における前記第1圧縮室の内側接触点をP4とすると、前記固定ラップの厚さは、前記P3から前記P4へ行くほど減少した後に増加する、請求項7に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記固定ラップの厚さは、前記P3と前記固定ラップの内側端部との間で最大値を有する、請求項8に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記偏心部の中心と前記旋回ラップの外周面間の距離をDOとすると、前記DOは、前記P3から前記P4へ行くほど増加した後に減少する、請求項9に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
