Description
〔本実施形態の作動〕
以下、本実施形態のバルブタイミング制御装置の具体的な作動を説明する。
Claims (5)
- クランクシャフトから回転力が伝達され、内部に作動室が形成された駆動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体の内部に配置され、前記作動室を進角作動室と遅角作動室に分けるベーンを有する従動回転体と、
前記従動回転体の内部に配置され、カムシャフトの軸方向の一端部に前記従動回転体を固定すると共に、周壁の径方向に作動油が通流する複数のポートが貫通形成された内部中空のカムボルトと、
前記カムボルトの内部に軸方向へ摺動自在に設けられ、摺動位置に応じて前記複数のポートの開閉切り換えを行う筒状のスプール弁と、
前記従動回転体の内側に配置され、前記カムボルトの外周面に前記カムボルトに対して回転方向と軸方向の位置決め固定された内部中空状のスリーブであって、前記スリーブの周壁の径方向に貫通形成されて前記複数のポートと連通する連通孔と、前記スリーブの内周面に軸方向に沿って形成されてオイルポンプの吐出通路と連通し、かつ、前記複数のポートのいずれかに連通する連通溝と、を有するスリーブと、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置であって、
前記カムボルトは、前記オイルポンプの吐出通路と前記カムボルトの内部を連通する導入通路と、前記導入通路から前記バルブボディの径方向へ貫通した導入ポートと、を有し、
前記連通溝は、前記導入通路及び前記導入ポートを介して前記オイルポンプの吐出通路と連通していることを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置であって、
前記複数のポートは、前記連通溝と前記カムボルトの内部を連通する再導入ポートと、前記進角作動室と連通する進角通路と、前記遅角作動室と連通する遅角通路と、
を有することを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置であって、
前記連通溝は、前記スリーブの周方向の位置に軸方向に沿って複数形成されていることを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置であって、
前記スリーブは、アルミ合金材であることを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。
