Claims (5)
- 筒状のヨークと、
前記ヨークをヨーク軸方向に挿通するロッドと、
前記ヨークの内周面から突出し、ヨーク軸方向に間隔をあけて配置される複数のティースと、
隣接する前記ティースの間に形成されるスロットと、
これらスロットに配設される複数のコイルと、
前記ロッドにヨーク軸方向に並んで保持される永久磁石と、を備え、
前記ヨークは、前記コイルに通電される交流電流の相数に応じて定まる基準数の前記スロットが繰り返し配置されるように構成されており、
ヨーク端から下記(1)式で定められるN番目の前記ティースには、ティース幅を調整する幅調整部として、ヨーク径方向内側に開口する非貫通のスリットが、前記ロッドの軸周りに沿って設けられる、
ことを特徴とするリニアモータ。
n:スロットの総数をスロット基準数で割った値よりも小さい正の整数 - 前記スリットは、当該スリットが形成される前記ティースの幅が他の前記ティースの幅よりも大きくなるように形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータ。 - 前記スリットのヨーク径方向の深さは、前記スロットのヨーク径方向の深さと一致するように設定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のリニアモータ。 - 前記スリット内には、非磁性体が配設される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載のリニアモータ。
