Description
Claims (13)
- 回転子の角速度に無関係に実質的に一定のトルクを発生することが可能なブラシレスDC電動機であって、
a)円周方向に間隔が空けられた複数の永久磁石と、高透磁率材料で作られた複数のスペーサとを備える連続円形回転子において、前記スペーサの各々は、軸方向の磁束変化を減少するために2つの前記永久磁石の間に配置される、連続円形回転子と、
b)静止ソレノイド・ハウジングと、前記ソレノイド・ハウジングの周りに巻かれて、DC電源に接続される、コイルとを各々備える、複数の円周方向に間隔が空けられたソレノイドにおいて、前記ソレノイド・ハウジングが、前記回転子がその軸周りで回転するとき各々の前記複数の磁石と前記スペーサの各々が、が連続的に通過することができる空隙部分と共に構築され、前記ソレノイドに対する前記磁石の運動が、ソレノイドの軸の方向に準線形である、ソレノイドと、
を備え、
軸方向の磁束の変化をさらに減少するために、どんな所定の時間であっても前記複数のソレノイドの各々が、前記永久磁石の1つのみと相互作用することを確実にするように、前記複数の永久磁石の数と前記複数のソレノイドの数との間の差がわずかに1である、ブラシレスDC電動機。 - ソレノイドの数が永久磁石の数に等しい、請求項1に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- ソレノイドの数が永久磁石の数より多い、又は少ない、請求項1に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- 前記ソレノイドに対する前記永久磁石の位置を決定するのに適した1つ又は複数のセンサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- どんな所定の瞬間であっても前記ソレノイドの各々に印加される電圧の極性及びレベルを設定するためのDC電源に接続される複数のスイッチと、前記ソレノイドを制御して、電力を供給し、前記ソレノイドに対する前記磁石の位置に関する1つ又は複数の前記センサによる決定に応答して、どんな所定の瞬間であっても前記ソレノイドの各々に印加される電圧の極性及びレベルを変化させるコントローラと、をさらに備える、請求項4に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- 前記回転子は、1つ又は複数の構造化リング要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- 前記回転子が動力伝達手段に機械的に接続される、請求項6に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- 前記動力伝達手段が歯付き要素を備える、請求項7に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- 前記スペーサの各々の円周方向の長さは、前記永久磁石の各々の円周方向の長さの少なくとも2倍長い、請求項1に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- 前記回転子は環状である、請求項1に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- 前記ソレノイドの各々の円周方向の大きさは、前記永久磁石の各々の円周方向の大きさと略等しい、請求項1に記載のブラシレスDC電動機。
- 複数の永久磁石を複数のソレノイドに対して、前記ソレノイドの軸の方向に準線形運動で移動させるステップを含み、前記複数の永久磁石の数と前記複数のソレノイドの数との間の差がわずかに1であり、前記複数のソレノイドに、前記ソレノイドの各々が、どんな所定の時間であっても前記永久磁石の1つのみと相互作用することを確実にする間、前記複数のソレノイドに連続的に電力を供給するブラシレスDC電動機を動作させるための方法。
- ブラシレスDC電動機を動作させるための方法であって、
a)連続円形構造上で、円周上に間隔が空いた複数の永久磁石と、各々のスペーサが2つの前記永久磁石の間に配置されるような高透磁率材料で作られた複数のスペーサとを提供するステップと、
b)静止ソレノイド・ハウジングと前記静止ソレノイド・ハウジングの周りに巻かれて、DC電源に接続されるコイルとを各々備える、円周上に間隔が空いた複数のソレノイドを提供するステップであって、前記ソレノイド・ハウジングが、前記円形構造がその軸周りで回転するとき前記複数の磁石と前記複数のソレノイドとが通過することができる、空隙部分とともに構築される、ステップと、
c)一定レベルのトルクを生成するために、第1の時間で、前記複数のソレノイドにDC電圧の極性及び第1のレベルを連続的に印加することにより前記円形構造を回転させるステップと、
d)前記円形構造が回転続ける間、前記第1の時間に対して増加された角速度で前記回転構造を回転させるための第2の時間で、前記複数のソレノイドに前記第1のレベルよりも大きいDC電圧の極性及び第2のレベルを連続的に印加するステップであるが、前記複数の磁石の一つとそれに隣接するスペーサとが相互作用する結果、前記ソレノイドの各々を通る実質的に一定の磁束のおかげで、前記第1の時間で生成されたトルクと実質的に等しいトルクのレベルを生成する、ステップと、
を含む方法。
