Description
本願は、2014年7月7日に出願された米国特許出願第62/021,362号および2014年9月19日に出願された米国特許出願第62/052,635号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該出願の開示は参照により本明細書にその全体が組み込まれる。本発明は小サイズの幹細胞、特に8μm若しくは8μm未満の直径を有する小サイズの幹細胞、または当該幹細胞の馴化培地を活性成分として含有する、脱毛を予防し、育毛を刺激するための組成物、当該組成物を調製する方法並びに当該組成物の使用に関する。本発明は8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する小サイズの幹細胞の育毛刺激機能を利用する組成物の使用に関し、休止期における毛包幹細胞の活性を大きく高める。
1.幹細胞の調製

Claims (12)
- 脱毛を予防し、育毛を刺激するための組成物であって、
8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する小サイズの幹細胞、または前記小サイズの幹細胞の馴化培地を活性成分として備え、
前記組成物は、8μm超の直径を有する大サイズの幹細胞及び前記大サイズの幹細胞の馴化培地を含まない、
組成物。 - 8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する前記小サイズの幹細胞は、骨髄由来、臍帯血由来、脂肪由来、血液由来、肝臓および腸由来、皮膚由来、消化管由来、胎盤由来、神経由来、副腎由来、表皮由来、および子宮由来のヒト成体幹細胞、並びに胚性幹細胞から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する前記小サイズの幹細胞は、骨髄、臍帯血または脂肪由来である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する前記小サイズの幹細胞は、前記臍帯血由来である、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する前記小サイズの幹細胞は、臍帯血由来の間葉系幹細胞である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記臍帯血はヒト由来である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記馴化培地はケラチノサイト‐無血清培地(K‐SFM)を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する前記小サイズの幹細胞または前記幹細胞の前記馴化培地は、毛包幹細胞を活性化する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する前記小サイズの幹細胞または前記幹細胞の前記馴化培地は、
(i)毛周期における休止期から成長期への転換のための時間を低減する、
(ii)毛周期制御を正常化する、および
(iii)乳頭細胞の生成を増加させる、
機能を有する、請求項8に記載の組成物。 - 前記組成物は、医薬組成物または化粧品組成物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 8μm超の大サイズの幹細胞及び前記大サイズの幹細胞の馴化培地を使用しない、育毛を刺激し、脱毛を予防するための組成物の製造のための、8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する小サイズの幹細胞または前記小サイズの幹細胞の馴化培地の使用。
- 8μmまたは8μm未満の直径を有する前記小サイズの幹細胞は臍帯血由来である、請求項11に記載の使用。
