Description
−繊維質支持体と接触し、シリコーンエラストマー、ポリウレタン又はシリコーン−ポリウレタンからなるコーティングである、少なくとも1つの内層(1);及び
−内層(1)と接触し、本発明に従って組成物を架橋することによって得られるコーティングであるトップコート外層(2)
を含む、少なくとも2つの連続した層によって表面コーティングされた少なくとも1種の繊維質支持体を含む物品に関する。
−繊維質支持体と接触し、シリコーンエラストマー、ポリウレタン又はシリコーン−ポリウレタンからなるコーティングである、少なくとも1つの内層(1);及び
−内層(1)と接触し、以下からなる組成物を架橋することによって得られるコーティングであるトップコート外層(2):
(A)上記組成物の全重量を基準にして少なくとも25重量%の、少なくとも1種の直鎖状ポリオルガノシロキサンAであって、1分子当たり:
a)少なくとも2個のビニルジメチルシロキサン末端単位MVi、
b)少なくとも1個のビニルメチルシロキサン単位DVi、及び
c)150を超え、最も好ましくは150<DP<180の重合度「DP」(ポリマー中の繰返しSi−O−Si単位の数)
を有する、直鎖状ポリオルガノシロキサンA;
(B)鎖末端のそれぞれにおいてビニルジメチルシロキサン単位で終端している、少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサンB;
(C)1分子当たり少なくとも2個のケイ素結合水素原子を有する、少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサンC;
(D)少なくとも1種の白金系架橋触媒D;
(E)上記組成物の全重量を基準にして少なくとも35重量%の、タルクE;
(F)上記組成物の全重量を基準にして15重量%までの、少なくとも1個のアルケニル基を含む少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサン樹脂F;
(G)少なくとも1種の架橋抑制剤G;
(H)上記組成物の全重量を基準にして5重量%までの、少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を含む有機ケイ素化合物である、少なくとも1種の接着促進剤H;
(I)任意選択的に、上記組成物の全重量を基準にして10重量%までの、充填剤I;及び
(J)任意選択的に、少なくとも1種の添加剤J。
−繊維質支持体と接触し、シリコーンエラストマー、ポリウレタン又はシリコーン−ポリウレタンからなるコーティングである、少なくとも1つの内層(1);及び
−内層(1)と接触し、以下からなる組成物を架橋することによって得られるコーティングであるトップコート外層(2):
(A)上記組成物の全重量を基準にして少なくとも25重量%の、少なくとも1種の直鎖状ポリオルガノシロキサンAであって、1分子当たり:

(F)上記組成物の全重量を基準にして15重量%までの、少なくとも1個のアルケニル基を含む少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサン樹脂F;
(G)少なくとも1種の架橋抑制剤G;
(H)上記組成物の全重量を基準にして5重量%までの、少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を含む有機ケイ素化合物である、少なくとも1種の接着促進剤H;
(I)任意選択的に、上記組成物の全重量を基準にして10重量%までの、充填剤I;及び

Claims (7)
- 以下を含む少なくとも2つの連続した層によって表面コーティングされた少なくとも1種の繊維質支持体を含む物品:
−前記繊維質支持体と接触し、シリコーンエラストマー、ポリウレタン又はシリコーン−ポリウレタンからなるコーティングである、少なくとも1つの内層(1);及び
−前記内層(1)と接触し、以下からなる組成物を架橋することによって得られるコーティングであるトップコート外層(2):
(A)前記組成物の全重量を基準にして少なくとも25重量%の、1分子当たり:
a)少なくとも2個のビニルジメチルシロキサン末端単位MVi、
b)少なくとも1個のビニルメチルシロキサン単位DVi、及び
c)150超の重合度「DP」(ポリマー中の繰返しSi−O−Si単位の数)
を有する、少なくとも1種の直鎖状ポリオルガノシロキサンA;
(B)鎖末端のそれぞれにおいてビニルジメチルシロキサン単位で終端している、少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサンB;
(C)1分子当たり少なくとも2個のケイ素結合水素原子を有する、少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサンC;
(D)白金族からの少なくとも1種の金属、又は化合物からなる、少なくとも1種の触媒D;

(G)少なくとも1種の架橋抑制剤G;
(H)前記組成物の全重量を基準にして5重量%までの、少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を含む有機ケイ素化合物である、少なくとも1種の接着促進剤H;
(I)任意選択的に、前記組成物の全重量を基準にして10重量%までの、充填剤I;及び
(J)任意選択的に、少なくとも1種の添加剤J。 - 前記重合度DPが、150<DP<180の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記直鎖状ポリオルガノシロキサンAが次式に従い:
MVi Dx DVi y MVi
式中、Vi=ビニル基、
MVi=(Vi)(CH3)2SiOi1/2、
D=(CH3)2SiO2/2であり、xは整数であり、
DVi=(Vi)(CH3)SiO2/2であり、yは整数であり、x+y>150であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の物品。 - 前記ポリオルガノシロキサン樹脂Fが、
a)MDViQ樹脂(ここで:
−M=(CH3)3SiO1/2、
−DVi=(CH3)(R1)SiO2/2、及び
−Q=SiO4/2);
b)MMViQ樹脂(ここで:
−M=(CH3)3SiO1/2、
−MVi=(CH3)2(R1)SiO1/2、及び
−Q=SiO4/2);
(式中、R1はビニル基に相当する)
からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の物品。 - 前記接着促進剤Hが、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(GLYMO)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記繊維質支持体が乗物の乗員を保護するために使用されるエアバッグであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記繊維質支持体が乗物の乗員を保護するための一体製織エアバッグであること、及び前記シリコーンエラストマーコーティングが、前記エアバッグの外面上に、前記乗物の使用者又は各種部品と接触して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は6のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
