(1) 外科器具であって、

前記隆起部および溝に垂直な平面で前記記号を通る断面において、交互に並ぶ傾斜表面が、溝の谷から隆起部の頂点へ、また、隆起部の頂点から溝の谷へ、それぞれ延びる、外科器具。
(3) 実施態様1または2に記載の外科器具において、
前記隆起部および溝に垂直な平面で前記記号を通る断面において、各対の隣接する傾斜表面は、二等辺三角形の2つの等しい辺を画定する、外科器具。
(4) 実施態様1〜3のいずれかに記載の外科器具において、
前記複数の傾斜表面は、前記平滑表面とは異なる表面粗さを有する、外科器具。
(5) 実施態様1〜4のいずれかに記載の外科器具において、
溝の谷の深さは、少なくとも0.5mmである、外科器具。
隣接する隆起部の頂点間の間隔は、0.5〜2mm、好ましくは約1mmである、外科器具。
(7) 実施態様1〜6のいずれかに記載の外科器具において、
少なくとも3つの隆起部が、前記複数の傾斜表面により画定される、外科器具。
(8) 実施態様1〜7のいずれかに記載の外科器具において、
前記記号は、印刷されたマークを含まない、外科器具。
(9) 実施態様1〜8のいずれかに記載の外科器具において、
前記記号は、デボス加工された記号である、外科器具。
(10) 実施態様1〜9のいずれかに記載の外科器具において、
前記記号は、エンボス加工された記号である、外科器具。
前記外科器具の平滑表面内または上に記号を形成する工程と、
前記記号の領域の少なくとも一部の上に複数の傾斜表面を形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記傾斜表面は、前記記号内に複数の平行な隆起部および溝を画定する、方法。
(12) 実施態様11に記載の方法において、
前記記号は、成型により形成され、
記号を形成する前記工程、および複数の傾斜表面を形成する前記工程は、単一の成型工程において実質的に同時に行われる、方法。
(13) 実施態様12に記載の方法において、
金型が選択的に研磨または粗面化されていて、前記平滑表面と比べて前記複数の傾斜表面に異なる表面粗さを生じる、方法。
(14) 実施態様11に記載の方法において、
前記記号は、機械加工により形成され、
記号を形成する前記工程、および複数の傾斜表面を形成する前記工程は、単一の機械加工工程において実質的に同時に行われる、方法。
(15) 実施態様14に記載の方法において、
前記複数の傾斜表面と比べて前記平滑表面に異なる表面粗さを生じるため、前記記号の形成後に、前記複数の傾斜表面または前記平滑表面を選択的に研磨または粗面化する工程をさらに含む、方法。
Claims (5)
- 外科器具であって、
記号を含み、
前記記号は、平滑表面すなわち隆起部および溝がない表面に囲まれており、前記記号と、当該記号の周辺の平滑表面とは、同じ材料から形成され、同じ色であり、
前記記号は、前記記号の領域の少なくとも一部にわたって複数の傾斜表面を含み、
前記傾斜表面は、前記記号内に複数の平行な隆起部および溝を画定し、
前記隆起部および溝に垂直な平面で前記記号を通る断面において、交互に並ぶ傾斜表面が、溝の谷から隆起部の頂点へ、また、隆起部の頂点から溝の谷へ、それぞれ延び、
溝の谷の深さは、少なくとも0.5mmであり、
前記複数の傾斜表面は、前記平滑表面とは異なる表面粗さを有する、外科器具。 - 請求項1に記載の外科器具において、
前記隆起部および溝に垂直な平面で前記記号を通る断面において、各対の隣接する傾斜表面は、二等辺三角形の2つの等しい辺を画定する、外科器具。 - 請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の外科器具において、
隣接する隆起部の頂点間の間隔は、0.5〜2mm、好ましくは約1mmである、外科器具。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外科器具において、
少なくとも3つの隆起部が、前記複数の傾斜表面により画定される、外科器具。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外科器具において、
前記記号は、印刷されたマークを含まない、外科器具。
