Claims (6)
- 射出されるプラスチック材料の流路を画定し、基端(14)と末端(15)を有する内側チューブ本体部ないし先端部(11)と、前記先端部(11)と同軸の外側リング(9)とを備えるプラスチック材料の射出成形装置のインジェクタのノズルターミナルであって、前記ノズルターミナル(10)の前記先端部(11)は、第1の材料からなる径方向内側要素(12)と、前記径方向内側要素の前記末端(15)まで実質的に軸方向の部分と接触して配置された第2の材料からなる径方向外側要素(13)とを含み、前記径方向内側要素(12)と前記径方向外側要素(13)のうち一方は、前記径方向内側要素(12)と前記径方向外側要素(13)の他方の座部(17)と相補的に係合し径方向に突出する少なくとも1つの引掛け歯(16)を有し、前記外側リング(9)は前記径方向外側要素(13)と機械的に連結されるための引掛け歯(18)を有し、前記先端部(11)の前記径方向内側要素(12)と前記径方向外側要素(13)はまた互いに干渉することで連結されることを特徴とする、プラスチック材料の射出成形装置のインジェクタのノズルターミナル。
- 前記先端部(11)の前記径方向外側要素(13)は、プラズマコーティング、フレームコーティング、又はHVOF溶射(High Velocity oxy-fuel spraying)のようなコールドスプレー又は溶射技術を通じた堆積配置によって前記径方向内側要素(12)上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノズルターミナル。
- 前記第1の材料は、硬化ステンレス鋼、非ステンレス鋼、及びタングステンから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のノズルターミナル。
- 前記第2の材料は、熱伝導性を有する材料から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のノズルターミナル。
- 前記第2の材料は、チタン、鋼、銅、銅とベリリウムの合金、銅とニッケルの合金、アルミニウム、及びグラファイトから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のノズルターミナル。
- 前記先端部(11)の前記径方向外側要素(13)は、前記外側リング(9)と干渉することで連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のノズルターミナル。
