Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明大体上涉及塑料材料的注入模制设备的喷射器。更具体而言,本发明涉及用于此类喷射器的喷嘴末端,其包括限定用于注入的塑料材料的流动通路的内管状本体或末梢,以及与末梢同轴的外环。
背景技术
此类喷嘴末端例如从文献US5299928、US6988883和WO2006/123237中已知。通常,内管状本体或末梢为具有高导热性的材料,同时在使用期间旨在与冷却的模具接触的外环为具有低导热性的材料,以便减小热损失。
确保末梢的高导热性的需要限制了选择其组成材料,例如,如,铜及其合金,其相反具有中等的摩擦阻力,以及在注入期间穿过其的塑料材料的化学制剂。
从文献US7182591已知的喷嘴末端也是上文限定的类型,其末梢由两个轴向部分限定,其软钎焊到在一起,分别对应于末梢自身的近端和远端。两个部分由具有高导热性的相同材料制成,以致于甚至该构造也不能解决上文提出的技术问题。
从文献US2009/148550A1已知了一种喷嘴末端,其对应于权利要求1的特征前的部分,其末梢包括第一材料的径向内元件,以及布置成与径向内元件的大致轴向部分接触直至其远端的第二材料的径向外元件。末梢的径向内元件和外元件通过多个系统联接到彼此上,然而其中都不能确保轴向和角向两者的稳定的相互固定,同时确保针对任何维护操作容易除去。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于向上文提出的问题提供起作用且有效的解决方案,且该目的由于所述径向内元件和外元件中的一个具有接合在所述径向外元件和内元件中的另一个的支座内的至少一个钩齿来实现。
由于该解决方案构想,径向外元件机械地连接到其上且与流动的注入塑料材料接触的末梢的径向内元件可由具有高机械阻力、高耐磨性和对塑料材料的化学制剂的高耐受性的材料制成。通常,该材料可由硬化的不锈钢(50-52HRC)构成,或由非不锈钢或钨构成。相反,由其形成径向外元件、外部包绕径向内元件且并未与注入的塑料材料直接接触,其也不必满足任何机械功能的第二材料可选自较宽范围,从具有很高的导热性的材料开始,如,电解铜(390W/mK)到更高绝缘性的材料,如钛(6.7W/mK)。以此方式,有可能限定模制的塑料材料、模具的注入开口("门")的构造和获得最佳性能且因此模制部分最好质量所需的导热性之间的单一关系。
换言之,对于末梢的两个径向内元件和外元件中的每一个,有可能根据待模制的塑料材料的特征、模具的类型的喷嘴末端的构造(阀类型、自由流动或鱼雷类型)来选择最适合的相应的材料及其组合。
末梢的径向内元件与外元件之间的机械联接确保了关于径向内元件安全且可靠装固径向外元件,保持相关轴向和角向定位固定,而同时确保末梢总体上与喷嘴末端的外环一起容易拆卸来用于可能的维护操作,而没有破坏径向外元件的风险。
在提高导热性的效率的目的下,喷嘴末端的末梢的径向内元件和外元件之间的联接也方便地通过过盈产生,这进一步减小了径向外元件可在为了维护喷射器拆卸末梢期间与径向内元件分开的风险。机械联接还可提供在末梢的径向外元件与喷嘴末端的环之间。
末梢的径向外元件还可借助于通过冷喷涂或热喷涂技术(如等离子涂布、火焰涂布或高速含氧燃料喷涂(HVOF))的粉末沉积来直接地在径向内元件上产生。这些过程允许外构件直接地在内构件上产生,将它们焊接到彼此上,而没有附加的辅助机械连接。明显的是,在此情况下,整个末梢必须返工来实现期望的最终尺寸。

具体实施方式
首先参看图1,以常规方式,用于塑料材料的注入模制的设备包括热室1,将以流体状态注入的塑料材料在压力下给送到热室1中,在所示的实例的情况下,通过两个喷射器2,3,在此情况下为阀类型。仍以常规方式,各个喷射器2,3均包括与热室1连通的喷嘴本体4,且销阀5可由流体或电动促动器6控制来沿其轴向移动。
销阀5的下端与喷嘴末端协作,其将描述为开启或闭合塑料材料朝模具的喷射通路("门")流动。
喷射器2配备有常规的喷嘴末端,或更具体地说是根据现有技术的,其由标号7指出且在图2中更详细示出。其包括称为末梢且由具有高导热性的单件材料(通常是铜或其合金)形成的内管状本体8,以及称为环的具有低导热性的材料的外中空元件9。环9在末梢8下方突出,在其自由端处以可密封方式在相关喷射通路处与模具联接。
呈现在图1的右侧上的喷射器3改为配备有根据本发明的喷嘴末端,其总体上由10指出,且在图3到5中更详细呈现。在此情况下,其也包括基本上与根据现有技术的相似的外环9,以及改为以两个构件的独特方式形成的由11指出的内管状本体或末梢。第一构件由基本上类似于根据现有技术的喷嘴末端7的末梢8且由第一材料制成的径向内元件12和由不同于第一材料的第二材料制成的径向外元件13构成的第二构件构成。
径向内元件12具有插入和锁定在喷嘴4内的近端14,以及突出喷嘴4外且与销阀5的下端协作的远端15。
对应于近端14的径向内元件12的部分通常具有较大的厚度,同时达到远端15的其余部分具有减小的厚度,例如,恒定的。
径向外元件13包绕和在外部包围在其近端14下方的同轴的径向内元件12,直至远端15。因此,在注入期间径向内元件12与注入到模具中的塑料材料流接触时,径向外元件13不会与其接触。这允许两个元件12和13以不同材料产生,其可根据待注入的塑料材料的特征、模具的"门"的类型和喷嘴末端11的构造来选择和组合:阀类型,如在所示实例的情况下,或自由流动或鱼雷类型。
因此,必须通过塑料材料而耐磨和耐氧化的径向内元件12由具有高机械阻力、高耐磨性和对化学制品的高耐受性的第一材料制成。该第一材料可选自硬化或热处理的不锈钢(但配备有很低的导热性(16W/mK)),或硬化或热处理的非不锈钢,其具有优异的耐磨性,且还具有较高的传导性(32W/mK),或钨,其具有甚至更高的传导性,大约80W/mK。
径向外元件13改为由第二材料制成,其可选自较宽的范围:低导热性的那些,如钛(4W/mK),或具有高导热性的那些,如,钢(16-36W/mK)、钨(80W/mK)、铜和镍合金(60-140W/mK)、钼合金,如TZM(120W/mK)、铜和铍合金(120-300W/mK)、铝(260W/mK)、电解铜(300-390W/mK),以及还有石墨(60-400W/mK)。
如已经所述的那样,第一材料和第二材料的选择和组合根据待注入的塑料材料的类型和注入点"门"的构造来施加。例如,关于塑料材料的特征,晶体材料大体上具有"冷盖"问题,或在注入点处凝固,这有时阻止了模制,或可需要升高温度来重启。因此,晶体材料大体上需要末梢11的高温,且因此用于径向外元件13的高传导性材料是优选的。
作为替代,无定形塑料材料通常根据末梢或"门"的构造的类型以不同方式表现。例如,在阀喷嘴的情况下,这些无定形材料需要高温来较好流动,且避免细丝,特别是在附图的直接注入的情况下,同时在自由流动的情况下,需要末梢的较低温度来避免"成线"的问题(形成塑料线,其在模具在抽出该件期间开启时保持在模制部分与喷嘴之间,这难以完全除去,且可在连续注入循环期间保持捕集在模具中),或从"门""流涎"(更准确地说,塑料材料下滴,其产生接近"门"的模制件的美学上的缺陷,或由于微滴冷却,阻挡"门"甚至不能模制)。

甚至喷嘴末端10的环9的构型也可影响模具的"门"上的塑料材料的行为:例如,"贯穿端环"(在附图中)涉及相对于外环("盲支座")的情况大体上更热的"门",因为在后者中,形成在模具上的"门"公知是较冷的。其然后可生成上文所述的缺陷。
末梢11的径向内元件12与径向外元件13之间的联接由过盈产生,且根据本发明的独特的特征,还借助于例如在图6的构件中更详细示出的类型的机械固持:至少一个齿16,其从径向内元件12的外表面径向地凸出,且接合在径向外元件13的互补的支座17内。当然,齿16和支座17的布置可相反。
作为备选,末梢11的径向外元件13可产生,替代作为单独构件,且然后配合到径向内元件12上,借助于通过冷喷涂或热喷涂技术(如等离子涂布、火焰涂布或高速含氧燃料喷涂(HVOF))的粉末沉积直接地配合到其上。这些过程允许了将外构件13直接地软钎焊到内构件12上,而没有附加的辅助机械连接。由此产生的末梢11然后返工来获得期望的最终尺寸。
通常由具有低传导性且因此更绝缘的材料如钛或钢制成的外环9联接到末梢11的径向外元件13上,还在此情况下,通过过盈,且可能借助于机械固持,例如,借助于图7的详图中以18指出的至少一个钩齿。

Claims (10)
