Claims (9)
- 酸化アルミニウムの結晶粒子を含有し、全成分100質量%のうち、アルミニウムをAl2O3に換算した値で98質量%以上含有する酸化アルミニウム質セラミックスからなり、
前記結晶粒子の円相当径の平均値が1.6μm以上2.4μm以下であり、前記結晶粒子の円相当径の累積分布曲線における、累積10%のときの円相当径(d10)と累積90%のときの円相当径(d90)との差が2.1μm以上4.2μm以下である放熱部材。 - 円相当径が3.0μm以上である結晶粒子のアスペクト比の平均値が1.25以上1.80以下である請求項1に記載の放熱部材。
- 全成分100質量%のうち、珪素、カルシウムおよびマグネシウムを、それぞれSiO2、CaOおよびMgOに換算した値の合計で0.5質量%以上2.0質量%以下含有する請求項1または請求項2に記載の放熱部材。
- 前記珪素をSiO2に換算した値に対する前記カルシウムをCaOに換算した値の質量比CaO/SiO2が0.2以上0.8以下である請求項3に記載の放熱部材。
- 表面に複数の突起を有する請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の放熱部材。
- 前記突起は、酸化アルミニウム質セラミックスからなる請求項5に記載の放熱部材。
- 前記突起は、上面視における平均径が10μm以上40μm以下である請求項5または請求項6に記載の放熱部材。
- 板状体であり、該板状体中に空隙を有し、前記板状体を厚み方向に3等分したとき、前記空隙が、両側領域よりも中央領域に多く存在する請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の放熱部材。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の放熱部材と、該放熱部材上に位置する電子部品とを備える電子装置。
