Claims (3)
- 膜−電極接合体にサブガスケットが備えられたMEA母材の両面にガス拡散層を一体に接合するための燃料電池スタック部品製造装置であって、
フレームと、
前記フレームに上下方向に移動可能に設けられる上部ダイと、
前記フレームに設けられ、前記上部ダイの下側で前記MEA母材とガス拡散層を支持する下部ダイと、
前記上部ダイおよび下部ダイにそれぞれ設けられ、前記MEA母材とガス拡散層とを高温高圧で圧着する接合部と、
前記接合部に備えられ、前記MEA母材とガス拡散層にスチームを噴射するスチーム噴射部と、
前記接合部でスチームを発生させるために、超純水を貯蔵し、その超純水を前記接合部に供給する超純水貯蔵タンクと、
を含み、
前記接合部は、前記ガス拡散層をMEA母材の両面に圧着するホットプレートを含み、
前記スチーム噴射部は、前記ホットプレートに備えられる複数のスチームノズル穴を含み、
前記超純水貯蔵タンクは、超純水供給ラインを通じて前記ホットプレートに超純水を供給し、
前記スチーム噴射部は、前記ホットプレートで蒸発されたスチームを前記スチームノズル穴を通じて噴射することを特徴とする燃料電池スタック部品製造装置。 - 前記超純水貯蔵タンクは、超純水を前記接合部の高温部位に供給し、前記スチーム噴射部は、前記高温部位で蒸発されたスチームを噴射することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック部品製造装置。
- 前記超純水供給ラインには、電気的な信号により作動する開閉バルブが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池スタック部品製造装置。
