Claims (11)
- 製品の品質管理システムであって、
少なくとも1つの製品品質決定パラメータが少なくとも1つの衝撃しきい値を超過したことの機械可読表示を提供するように各々動作する多数の製品単位固有標識であって、前記機械可読表示がデジタルインディシアと少なくとも開始および停止コードインディシアとを含む第1の機械可読状態と少なくとも第2の機械可読状態とを有し、第1の機械可読状態と第2の機械可読状態について少なくとも二つのインディシアは異なる可変バーコードであって、その際前記第1の機械可読状態に現れる前記開始および停止コードインディシアの少なくとも1つが前記第2の機械可読状態での前記デジタルインディシアの一部を形成し、超過が起きた時に、前記第2の機械可読状態が、前記第1の機械可読状態の前記デジタルインディシアの前方及び前記第1の機械可読状態の前記デジタルインディシアの後方の少なくとも一方に現れる追加のインディシアを含む可変バーコードを備える、製品単位固有標識と、
前記製品単位固有標識を読み取って出力表示を提供するように動作する標識読み取り装置と、
前記出力表示を受け取って、人間が感知可能な製品単位固有の製品品質状態出力を提供するように動作する製品種類固有表示解釈装置とを備える、製品の品質管理システム。 - 前記機械可読表示が各々、デジタルインディシアと少なくとも開始および停止コードインディシアとを含む第1の機械可読状態と少なくとも第2の機械可読状態とを含む少なくとも3つの機械可読状態を有する可変バーコードであって、その際前記第1の機械可読状態に現れる前記開始および停止コードインディシアの少なくとも1つが前記第2の機械可読状態での前記デジタルインディシアの一部を形成する可変バーコードを備える、請求項1に記載の製品の品質管理システム。
- 前記多数の製品単位固有標識が各々、少なくとも1つの製品品質決定パラメータが少なくとも2つの衝撃しきい値を超過したことの機械可読表示を提供するように動作する、請求項1に記載の製品の品質管理システム。
- 前記標識読み取り装置がバーコード読み取り装置である、請求項1に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記機械可読表示がバーコードの形態である、請求項1に記載の品質管理システム。
- 少なくとも1つの製品品質決定パラメータが少なくとも1つの衝撃しきい値を超過したことの機械可読表示を提供するように動作する事象標識であって、前記標識が、デジタルインディシアと少なくとも開始および停止コードインディシアとを含む第1の機械可読状態と少なくとも第2の機械可読状態とを有し、第1の機械可読状態と第2の機械可読状態について少なくとも二つのインディシアは異なる可変バーコードであって、その際前記第1の機械可読状態に現れる前記開始および停止コードインディシアの少なくとも1つが前記第2の機械可読状態での前記デジタルインディシアの一部を形成し、超過が起きた時に、前記第2の機械可読状態が、前記第1の機械可読状態の前記デジタルインディシアの前方及び前記第1の機械可読状態の前記デジタルインディシアの後方の少なくとも一方に現れる追加のインディシアを含む可変バーコードを備える事象標識。
- 前記可変バーコードが固定バーコード部分と少なくとも1つの選択的に現れるバーコード部分とを有し、前記固定バーコード部分と前記少なくとも1つの選択的に現れるバーコード部分との両者がバーコード読み取り装置によって読み取り可能である、請求項6記載の事象標識。
- 前記可変バーコードが第1の個数の数字を表す固定バーコード部分と、前記固定バーコード部分に並んで現れ少なくとも1個の追加の数字を表す少なくとも1つの選択的に現れるバーコード部分とを有する、請求項6記載の事象標識。
- 前記少なくとも1つの選択的に現れるバーコード部分が、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃しきい値を超過したことに応答して前記固定バーコード部分に並んで現れる、請求項7または8に記載の事象標識。
- 製品の品質管理のための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの製品品質決定パラメータが少なくとも1つの衝撃しきい値を超過したことの機械可読表示を各々提供する多数の製品単位固有標識を使用することであって、前記機械可読表示がデジタルインディシアと少なくとも開始および停止コードインディシアとを含む第1の機械可読状態と少なくとも第2の機械可読状態とを有し、第1の機械可読状態と第2の機械可読状態について少なくとも二つのインディシアは異なる可変バーコードであって、その際前記第1の機械可読状態に現れる前記開始および停止コードインディシアの少なくとも1つが前記第2の機械可読状態での前記デジタルインディシアの一部を形成し、超過が起きた時に、前記第2の機械可読状態が、前記第1の機械可読状態の前記デジタルインディシアの前方及び前記第1の機械可読状態の前記デジタルインディシアの後方の少なくとも一方に現れる追加のインディシアを含む可変バーコードを備える、こと、
前記製品単位固有標識を読み取ってそこから出力表示を提供すること、および
前記出力表示を解釈して人間が感知可能な製品単位固有の製品品質状態出力を提供することを備える方法。 - 製品の品質管理システムであって、
少なくとも1つの製品品質決定パラメータが少なくとも1つの衝撃しきい値を超過したことの機械可読表示を提供するように各々動作する多数の製品単位固有標識であって、前記機械可読表示がデジタルインディシアと少なくとも開始および停止コードインディシアとを含む第1の機械可読状態と少なくとも第2および第3の機械可読状態とを有し、第1の機械可読状態と第2の機械可読状態について少なくとも二つのインディシアは異なる可変バーコードであって、その際前記第1の機械可読状態に現れる前記開始および停止コードインディシアの少なくとも1つが前記第2の機械可読状態での前記デジタルインディシアの一部を形成し、超過が起きた時に、前記第2の機械可読状態が、前記第1の機械可読状態の前記デジタルインディシアの前方及び前記第1の機械可読状態の前記デジタルインディシアの後方の少なくとも一方に現れる追加のインディシアを含む可変バーコードを備える、製品単位固有標識と、
前記製品単位固有標識を読み取って出力表示を提供するように動作する標識読み取り装置と、
前記出力表示を受け取って、人間が感知可能な製品単位固有の製品品質状態出力を提供するように動作する製品種類固有表示解釈装置とを備える、製品の品質管理システム。
