Claims (5)
- 原子力発電所の冷却システムの金属部材の酸化物層を有する表面の化学的な汚染除去の方法であって、
酸化剤を含む水溶液を用いて酸化物層が処理される少なくとも一つの酸化工程と、
金属イオンとともに難溶性の沈殿物を形成する性質を有する汚染除去酸の水溶液を用いて酸化物層が処理される後続の汚染除去工程と、を備え、
汚染除去工程が実行される前に、酸化工程の間に溶けた状態となる金属イオンが陽イオン交換器を用いて水溶液から除去され、
金属イオンの除去の前に、還元剤を用いて水溶液中に存在する酸化剤が中和される還元工程が実行され、
後続の汚染除去工程にて用いられる汚染除去酸は、還元剤として用いられることを特徴とする方法。 - 後続の汚染除去工程にて用いられる汚染除去酸は、ニッケルイオンとともに難溶性の沈殿物を形成する性質を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水溶液の少なくとも一部が陽イオン交換器を通過し、水溶液中に存在する金属イオンが除去されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 酸化工程において、過マンガン酸または過マンガン酸塩が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 汚染除去酸としてシュウ酸を用いることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
