Description
動力伝達軸と遠心振子ダンパとが断接機構を介して連絡された遠心振子ダンパ付きパワートレインの制御装置であって、
前記断接機構の締結度合いを制御する断接制御手段を有し、
該断接制御手段は、前記遠心振子ダンパが所定の許容上限回転数以下で回転するように、前記断接機構の締結度合いを制御し、
前記許容上限回転数は、動力源の負荷に応じて設定される
ことを特徴とする。
前記動力伝達軸と前記遠心振子ダンパとは、増速機構を介して連絡されている
ことを特徴とする。
前記断接制御手段は、前記遠心振子ダンパの回転数が前記許容上限回転数まで上昇したときに、該許容上限回転数未満となるように前記断接機構の締結度合いを解放側に制御する
ことを特徴とする。
前記断接制御手段は、前記遠心振子ダンパの回転速度が前記許容上限回転数よりも低回転数側の第2の許容上限回転数まで上昇したときに、前記断接機構の締結度合いを解放側に制御する
ことを特徴とする。
前記断接制御手段による前記断接機構の解放側への制御は、該断接機構を解放する制御とスリップさせる制御とを含む
ことを特徴とする。
また、請求項1に記載の発明によれば、許容上限回転数は動力源の負荷に応じて設定されるので、例えば、トルク変動が発生し難い動力源の負荷が比較的大きい範囲では、許容上限回転数を下げることで、遠心振子ダンパの高速回転による信頼性低下を回避しながら、減筒運転等が行われる締結状態となる領域を確保し、その結果、エンジンの燃費性能を向上させることができる。
パワートレイン10は、コントローラユニット100によって、例えば、図4に示すフローチャートに従って制御される。
なお、断接制御部130は、図5に示された制御マップに従って断接指令を出力し、クラッチ機構14の締結度合いを変更する断接制御を行ってもよい。
また、断接制御部130は、図6に示された制御マップに従って断接指令を出力し、クラッチ機構14の締結度合いを変更する断接制御を行ってもよい。

Claims (5)
- 動力伝達軸と遠心振子ダンパとが断接機構を介して連絡された遠心振子ダンパ付きパワートレインの制御装置であって、
前記断接機構の締結度合いを制御する断接制御手段を有し、
該断接制御手段は、前記遠心振子ダンパが所定の許容上限回転数以下で回転するように、前記断接機構の締結度合いを制御し、
前記許容上限回転数は、動力源の負荷に応じて設定される
ことを特徴とする遠心振子ダンパ付きパワートレインの制御装置。 - 前記動力伝達軸と前記遠心振子ダンパとは、増速機構を介して連絡されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心振子ダンパ付きパワートレインの制御装置。 - 前記断接制御手段は、前記遠心振子ダンパの回転数が前記許容上限回転数まで上昇したときに、該許容上限回転数未満となるように前記断接機構の締結度合いを解放側に制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の遠心振子ダンパ付きパワートレインの制御装置。 - 前記断接制御手段は、前記遠心振子ダンパの回転速度が前記許容上限回転数よりも低回転数側の第2の許容上限回転数まで上昇したときに、前記断接機構の締結度合いを解放側に制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の遠心振子ダンパ付きパワートレインの制御装置。 - 前記断接制御手段による前記断接機構の解放側への制御は、該断接機構を解放する制御とスリップさせる制御とを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の遠心振子ダンパ付きパワートレインの制御装置。
