Claims (7)
- エンジンと、
発電機と、
電動機と、
車輪に駆動力を伝達する駆動軸と、
前記電動機と駆動軸との間に介在する有段変速機と、
前記電動機の回転軸、前記エンジンの出力軸、および、前記発電機の回転軸の三要素の各々を機械的に連結し、かつ、前記三要素のうちのいずれか一つを反力要素とすることによって、他の二つの要素間で動力伝達を可能とする動力分割機構と、
前記エンジン、前記発電機、前記電動機、および、前記有段変速機の駆動を制御する制御部であって、車速に対するアクセル開度の検出値がダウン基準値に達した場合に前記有段変速機をダウンシフトする制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、予め規定された発電機用条件および電動機用条件のいずれを満たす場合でも、前記ダウン基準値を予め規定された標準値よりも下方修正して、前記ダウンシフトを生じやすくしており、
前記発電機用条件は、少なくとも、前記発電機の温度が予め規定された第一基準温度以上であり、かつ、前記ダウンシフトすることで前記発電機の回転速度の絶対値が低下する、ことを含み、
前記電動機用条件は、少なくとも、前記電動機の温度が予め規定された第三基準温度以上であることを含み、
前記ダウンシフトの前後で、前記エンジンの回転数および出力トルクは一定であり、
前記電動機は、回転速度の変動に伴う鉄損および機械損の変動量よりも銅損の変動量が大きい速度領域で駆動されている、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記制御部は、前記ダウン基準値を下方修正している状態で、前記発電機の温度が第一基準温度よりも低い第二基準温度を下回るとの条件と、前記電動機の温度が第三基準温度よりも低い第四基準温度を下回る、または、前記ダウンシフトすることで前記発電機の回転速度の絶対値が増加するとの条件と、の双方を満たす場合に前記ダウン基準値を前記標準値に戻す、ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記発電機用条件を満たす場合に設定されるダウン基準値と、前記電動機用条件を満たす場合に設定されるダウン基準値と、は同じ値である、ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記発電機用条件は、さらに、前記車速が所定値以上であることも含む、ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記制御部は、前記発電機の温度が、予め規定された制限開始温度以上になった場合、前記発電機の出力を、前記制限開始温度未満の場合よりも制限し、
前記第一基準温度は、前記制限開始温度よりも低い、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記電動機用条件は、さらに、前記電動機の出力トルクが、所定値以上であることも含む、ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記制御部は、前記電動機の温度が、予め規定された制限開始温度以上になった場合、前記電動機の出力を、前記制限開始温度未満の場合よりも制限し、
前記第三基準温度は、前記制限開始温度よりも低い、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
