前記リリース油圧及び前記アプライ油圧は、エンジンクラッチ結合油圧、モーター回転数、及びモーター回転数の勾配に応じて予めそれぞれ設定されたデータマップから得られる補償値で補償することを特徴とする。
図3、4に示すように、本発明のハイブリッド車両の変速制御方法の実施例は、
EV走行中にパワーオンアップシフト変速要求が発生し、それにより車両の実質的な変速を開始することが可能な状況であるとともに、エンジンオン要求が発生した状況であるか否かを判断する進入条件判断段階(S10)と、
エンジン及びモーターの回転数が同期化されると、現時点が変速準備区間内の所定の基準時点以前であるか否かを判断する基準時点判断段階(S20)と、
基準時点判断段階(S20)で現時点が基準時点以前であると判断された場合には、エンジンクラッチ結合油圧を印加するとともに、変速要素のリリース油圧を、エンジンクラッチ結合油圧を考慮して補償するリリース補償段階(S30)と、
基準時点判断段階(S20)で現時点が基準時点後であると判断された場合には、実変速が開始したか否かを判断する実変速判断段階(S40)と、
実変速判断段階(S40)で実際変速が開始したと判断された場合には、エンジンクラッチ結合油圧を印加するとともに、変速要素のアプライ油圧をエンジンクラッチ結合油圧を考慮して補償するアプライ補償段階(S50)と、を含んで構成される。
基準時点判断段階(S20)は、エンジン及びモーターの回転数が同期化されることを前提として開始され、エンジン及びモーターの回転数が同期化された時点以後は、リリース補償段階(S30)を行うか、アプライ補償段階(S50)を行うかを選択する基準となる。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと、モーターと、エンジンとモーターの間に設けられるエンジンクラッチと、モーターに連結される変速機と、を備え、モーターのみの動力で走行するEVモードから、エンジンとモーターの動力で走行するHEVモードへ切り換える途中でパワーオンアップシフト変速を行なうハイブリッド車両において、
EV走行中にパワーオンアップシフト変速要求が発生し、それにより車両の実質的な変速を開始することが可能な状況であるとともに、エンジンオン要求が発生した状況であるか否かを判断する進入条件判断段階と、
エンジン及びモーターの回転数が同期化されると、現時点が変速準備区間内の所定の基準時点以前であるか否かを判断する基準時点判断段階と、
前記基準時点判断段階で現時点が前記基準時点以前であると判断された場合には、エンジンクラッチ結合油圧を印加するとともに、変速要素のリリース油圧を、前記エンジンクラッチ結合油圧を考慮して補償するリリース補償段階と、
前記基準時点判断段階で現時点が前記基準時点後であると判断された場合には、実変速が開始したか否かを判断する実変速判断段階と、
前記実変速判断段階で実際変速が開始したと判断された場合には、エンジンクラッチ結合油圧を印加するとともに、変速要素のアプライ油圧を前記エンジンクラッチ結合油圧を考慮して補償するアプライ補償段階と、
を含み、
前記変速準備区間中は、現在変速段に換算した回転数をエンジン目標回転数として定め、実変速区間中は、変速機の入力トルクと変速機の出力速度別に勾配を定めてエンジン目標回転数を定め、前記実変速区間後には、目標変速段に換算した回転数をエンジン目標回転数として定め、それにより制御が行われることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の変速制御方法。
- 前記リリース補償段階では、前記リリース油圧を、前記エンジンクラッチ結合油圧、モーター回転数及びモーター回転数の勾配に応じて予め設定されたデータマップから得られる補償値で補償することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御方法。
- 前記アプライ補償段階では、前記アプライ油圧を、前記エンジンクラッチ結合油圧、モーター回転数、及びモーター回転数の勾配に応じて予め設定されたデータマップから得られる補償値で補償することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御方法。
- 前記基準時点判断段階における前記基準時点は、変速要素のトルクのみ変化するトルクフェーズである前記変速準備区間の総時間の50%以上90%以下が経過した範囲で設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御方法。
- エンジンと、モーターと、エンジンとモーターの間に設けられるエンジンクラッチと、モーターに連結される変速機と、を備え、モーターのみの動力で走行するEVモードから、エンジンとモーターの動力で走行するHEVモードへ切り換える途中でパワーオンアップシフト変速を行なうハイブリッド車両において、
EVモードからHEVモードへの切り換え及びパワーオンアップシフト変速が同時に要求された場合に、エンジン及びモーターの回転数が同期化された時点が、トルクフェーズである変速準備区間以内の所定の基準時点以前であれば、エンジンクラッチを接合してロックアップさせるとともに、解放側変速要素のリリース油圧を補償しながら同時に変速を行い、前記エンジン及びモーターの回転数が同期化された時点が前記基準時点後であれば、イナーシャフェーズである実変速区間の開始後にエンジンクラッチを接合してロックアップさせると共に、結合側変速要素のアプライ油圧を補償しながら同時に変速を行ない、
前記リリース油圧及び前記アプライ油圧は、エンジンクラッチ結合油圧、モーター回転数、及びモーター回転数の勾配に応じて予めそれぞれ設定されたデータマップから得られる補償値で補償することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の変速制御方法。
