Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る車両1の全体構成を概略的に示す図である。車両1は、エンジン100と、モータジェネレータ10(第1回転電機、以下「第1MG10」ともいう)と、モータジェネレータ20(第2回転電機、以下「第2MG20」ともいう)と、遊星歯車機構30と、駆動輪50と、駆動輪50に接続された出力軸60と、バッテリ150と、システムメインリレー(SMR:System Main Relay)160と、電力制御ユニット(PCU:Power Control Unit)200と、電子制御ユニット(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)300とを備える。
図2は、車両1の電気システムの構成を説明するための回路ブロック図である。車両1の電気システムは、バッテリ150と、SMR160と、PCU200と、第1MG10および第2MG20と、ECU300とを含む。PCU200は、コンバータ210と、電力線対PL1,NL1(正極線PL1、負極線NL1)と、電力線対PL2,NL2(正極線PL2、負極線NL2)と、コンデンサC1,C2と、第1インバータ221と、第2インバータ222と、電圧センサ231,232とを含む。
ECU300は、通常モードで車両1を走行させることができる。通常モードは、上述のEV走行とHV走行とを必要に応じて切り替えながら車両1を走行させるモードである。以下では、通常モードによる走行を「通常走行」とも記載する。
図3は、MD走行中におけるエンジン100、コンバータ210、第1インバータ221、および第2インバータ222の制御状態を模式的に示す図である。MD走行中においては、ECU300は、コンバータ210、第1インバータ221およびエンジン100を停止し、第2インバータ222を作動して第2MG20を力行状態にする。
図5は、VH−F/B走行中におけるエンジン100、コンバータ210、第1インバータ221および第2インバータ222の制御状態を模式的に示す図である。VH−F/B走行中においては、ECU300は、コンバータ210を停止し、エンジン100および第1インバータ221を作動させてエンジン発電を行ないながら、第2インバータ222を作動して第2MG20を力行状態にする。
図7は、上アームオン走行中におけるエンジン100、コンバータ210、第1インバータ221、および第2インバータ222の制御状態を模式的に示す図である。上アームオン走行中においては、ECU300は、コンバータ210を上アームオン状態にし、エンジン100および第1インバータ221を作動させてエンジン発電を行ないながら、第2インバータ222を作動して第2MG20を力行状態にする。
図9は、上述した3つの退避走行(MD走行、VH−F/B走行、上アームオン走行)の特性を比較した図である。図9において、「◎」、「○」、「△」、「×」は、この順に特性が良いことを示す。
そのため、シャットダウン処理中において、MG1逆起電圧VCm1がバッテリ電圧VBおよびMG2逆起電圧VCm2よりも高い状態であれば、MG1逆起電圧VCm1の変化に応じてシステム電圧VHが変化する状態となる。
式(2)において、「VHth2tag」は第2比較値VHth2の目標値であり、第1比較値VHth1よりも所定値(たとえば100ボルト)以上高い値に設定される。「γ」は遊星歯車機構30のギヤ比である。「K」はMG1逆起定数(第1MG回転速度Nm1をMG1逆起電圧VCm1に変換するための係数)である。
上述の実施の形態で説明した図12のフローチャートおいては、S32およびS44の少なくとも一方でNOと判定された場合、VHセンサ232が異常であると判定し(S60)、コンバータ210は正常であることを前提として上アームオン走行を実行した(S61)。
上述の実施の形態で説明した車両1は、エンジン100を遊星歯車機構30を介して第1MG10および出力軸60に連結し、エンジン100の動力を第1MG10および出力軸60の双方に伝達することができる、いわゆるシリーズ・パラレル方式のハイブリッド車両であった。
上述の実施の形態で説明した図12のフローチャートおいては、VH異常発生時にエンジン100が作動中であるか否かを判定し(S10)、エンジン100が停止中である場合(S10にてNO)には、VH異常の影響で第1MG10によるエンジンクランキングができずエンジン100を始動させることができない可能性があるため、MD走行を選択した(S11)。
Claims (2)
- ハイブリッド車両であって、
エンジンと、
前記エンジンに接続された永久磁石式の第1回転電機と、
駆動輪に接続された第2回転電機と、
電力線対と、
前記電力線対と前記第1回転電機とに電気的に接続された第1インバータと、
前記電力線対と前記第2回転電機とに電気的に接続された第2インバータと、
バッテリと、
前記バッテリと前記電力線対とに電気的に接続されたコンバータと、
前記電力線対間の電圧であるシステム電圧を検出する電圧センサと、
前記エンジン、前記コンバータ、前記第1インバータ、および前記第2インバータを制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記電圧センサが異常値を出力した場合、前記コンバータ、前記第1インバータおよび前記第2インバータをゲート遮断状態にするシャットダウン処理を実行し、
前記エンジンの動力を用いて前記第1回転電機の回転速度を変化させることによって前記第1回転電機の逆起電圧を所定値以上変化させる電圧変化処理を前記シャットダウン処理中に実行し、
前記電圧変化処理によって前記電圧センサの出力が前記所定値以上変化した場合、前記電圧センサが正常であると判定して第1退避走行制御を行ない、
前記第1退避走行制御は、前記コンバータをゲート遮断状態にし、かつ前記エンジンの動力を用いて前記第1回転電機を回転させて前記第1回転電機を回生状態にし、かつ前記第2回転電機を力行状態にする制御である、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電力線対は、正極線と、前記バッテリの負極に接続された負極線対とを有し、
前記コンバータは、前記電力線対の前記正極線と前記バッテリの正極とに接続された上アームを有し、
前記電圧変化処理は、前記エンジンの回転速度を第1速度から第2速度に変化させる処理を含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記電圧変化処理中において、前記エンジンの回転速度が前記第1速度である時の前記システム電圧の推定値と前記電圧センサの出力とが異なる場合、および前記エンジンの回転速度が前記第2速度である時の前記システム電圧の推定値と前記電圧センサの出力とが異なる場合の少なくとも一方である場合、前記電圧センサが異常であると判定して第2退避走行を行ない、
前記第2退避走行は、前記コンバータの前記上アームを導通状態にし、かつ前記エンジンの動力を用いて前記第1回転電機を回転させて前記第1回転電機を回生状態にし、かつ前記第2回転電機を力行状態にする制御である、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
