Claims (9)
- 水と反応して水素ガスを発生可能なマグネシウム粒を前記水と共に封入してなる容器を備え、
前記容器は、前記マグネシウム粒を前記水と共に注入可能な中空部と、前記中空部と外部とを連通する複数の窓と、を有する棒状のケース体を備え、
少なくとも、前記窓には、前記水素ガスを内側から外側に向けて通過させると共に、前記水を内側から外側に浸透させない通気性不浸透性材料からなるフィルムがインサ−ト成形によって貼付されており、
前記窓は、少なくとも前記ケース体長手方向側面に配置される、
ことを特徴とする水素生成器。 - 前記通気性不浸透性材料が、
熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素生成器。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、
(A)ポリ塩化ビニリデン、(B)ポリ塩化ビニル、及び、(C)ポリアクリロニトリルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素生成器。 - 前記ケース体が、
2つの蓋部材同士を重ね合わせることによって構成されるものであって、
前記蓋部材の少なくとも一方に、前記窓が形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の水素生成器。 - 前記ケース体が、
長手方向の一端部に形成され、前記中空部と連通し、前記中空部へ前記水を注入可能な注入部を有するものであって、
前記注入部を封止可能な封止部材を更に備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の水素生成容器。 - 前記中空部には、水が封入された水袋が予め収容されており、
前記封止部材が、
先端に突出した針状の突起であって、前記水袋を突き破ることによって、前記水袋内の水を前記中空部内に注入可能な針状突起を備える、請求項5に記載の水素生成容器。 - 前記容器には、ゲル状態となった保水剤が前記マグネシウム粒と共に封入されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の水素生成器。
- 水と反応して水素ガスを発生可能なマグネシウム粒を前記水と共に封入してなる容器を備え、
前記容器が、
前記水素ガスを内側から外側に向けて通過させると共に、前記水を内側から外側に浸透させない通気性不浸透性材料からなる水素生成器の上部を、
瓶本体の底部に連結させて全体として1つの瓶形状を形成し得る水素生成容器であって、
前記瓶本体の底部と前記水素生成器の上部との間には、前記通気性不浸透性材料が介挿入されており、前記水素生成器で発生した水素ガスは該通気性不浸透性材料を通過して前記瓶本体に進入可能である、水素生成容器。 - 前記瓶本体の底部と前記水素生成器の上部とには、それぞれ互いにネジ結合可能なネジ山又はネジ溝を設けている、請求項8に記載の水素生成容器。
