Claims (16)
- 検出対象粒子に特異的に結合する蛍光物質と検体とが混合された液体からエアロゾル状の液滴を形成する液滴形成部と、
前記液滴形成部により形成された液滴のうち、粒径が所定値未満である液滴を選別する液滴選別部と、
前記液滴選別部により選別された液滴に光を照射するとともに、当該液滴の蛍光強度を測定する測定部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする測定装置。 - 前記液滴選別部は、慣性力を利用して粒径が所定値未満である液滴を選別するスプレーチャンバを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定装置。 - 前記スプレーチャンバは、サイクロン形スプレーチャンバ、スコット形スプレーチャンバ、および慣性分岐形スプレーチャンバからなる群のうち、いずれか一つである
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の測定装置。 - 前記液滴選別部は、粒径が20μm未満である液滴を選別する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 気体中に含まれる検出対象粒子を液体中に捕集するとともに、当該液体中の検出対象粒子に当該検出対象粒子に特異的に結合する蛍光物質を結合させ、蛍光物質と検査対象粒子とが混合された液体を前記液滴形成部に供給する捕集部
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記液滴形成部は、
0.1ml〜5mlの容量を有し、検出対象粒子に特異的に結合する蛍光物質と検体とが混合された液体が収容される液体収容部と、
前記液体収容部の下端部に嵌合されたリング状の圧電振動子と、
前記圧電振動子のリングの内側に固定されたメッシュ状板材と、
を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記液滴形成部は、
0.1ml〜5mlの容量を有し、検出対象粒子に特異的に結合する蛍光物質と検体とが混合された液体が収容される液体収容部と、
前記液体収容部に連通された幅が1mm以下の液体流路と、
前記液体流路の先端部において当該液体流路に合流するように設けられたガス流路と、 前記ガス流路に圧縮ガスを導入する圧縮ガス導入口と、
を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記測定部は、前記液滴の蛍光強度を2種類以上の異なる波長範囲において測定するようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記測定部は、前記液滴の蛍光強度を測定するとともに、当該液滴の散乱光強度を測定するようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記蛍光物質は、蛍光標識抗体である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記蛍光物質は、複数の蛍光標識抗体により表面を修飾された抗体凝集粒子である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 検出対象粒子に特異的に結合する蛍光物質と検体とが混合された液体からエアロゾル状の液滴を形成する液滴形成工程と、
前記液滴形成工程において形成された液滴のうち、粒径が所定値未満である液滴を選別する液滴選別工程と、
前記液滴選別工程を通過した液滴に光を照射するとともに、当該液滴の蛍光強度を測定する測定工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とする測定方法。 - 前記液滴選別工程では、慣性力を利用して粒径が所定値未満である液滴を選別する
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の測定方法。 - 前記液滴選別工程では、粒径が20μm未満である液滴を選別する
ことを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の測定方法。 - 前記蛍光物質は、蛍光標識抗体である
ことを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の測定方法。 - 前記蛍光物質は、複数の蛍光標識抗体により表面を修飾された抗体凝集粒子である
ことを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の測定方法。
