Claims (19)
- 気体中に含まれる検出対象粒子を液体中に捕集するとともに、当該液体中の検出対象粒子に当該検出対象粒子に特異的に結合する蛍光物質を結合させる捕集部と、
前記捕集部から供給される液体からエアロゾル状の液滴を形成する液滴形成部と、
前記液滴に光を照射するとともに、当該液滴の蛍光強度を測定する測定部と、
を備え、
前記捕集部は、
気体導入部と液体導入部とサイクロン本体とを有し、当該気体導入部から導入される気体を前記サイクロン本体の周方向に旋回させ、遠心力により当該気体中の検出対象粒子を前記サイクロン本体の壁面側に分離するとともに、当該液体導入部から液体を導入し、前記サイクロン本体の壁面側に分離された検出対象粒子を液体中に捕集して当該液体を前記液滴形成部へと連続的に供給可能なサイクロン
を有する
ことを特徴とする測定装置。 - 前記サイクロンは、前記サイクロン本体の内部に導入された前記液体の水位を検出する水位検出部を更に有し、当該水位検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記液体導入部から導入される液体の流量を調整するようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定装置。 - 前記液体導入部は、前記蛍光物質を含む液体を前記サイクロン本体の内部に導入するようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の測定装置。 - 前記サイクロン本体の下方部と前記液滴形成部とを接続する配管には、当該配管内を流れる液体に前記蛍光物質を含む液体を合流させる第2液体導入部が接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の測定装置。 - 前記液体導入部は、前記検出対象粒子を前処理するための液体を前記サイクロン本体の内部に導入するようになっている

第2気体導入部と第2サイクロン本体とを有し、当該第2気体導入部から導入される気体を前記第2サイクロン本体の周方向に旋回させ、遠心力により当該気体中の検出対象粒子を前記第2サイクロン本体の壁面側に分離して前記サイクロンの気体導入部へと連続的に供給可能な第2サイクロン
を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記サイクロンには、前記サイクロン本体の内部を吸引排気して減圧させ、差圧により前記気体導入部から周方向に旋回するように気体を導入させる吸引排気部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記サイクロン本体の内部には、前記気体導入部から導入された気体を周方向に旋回させる旋回部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記捕集部には、前記液体を加温する加温機構が設けられている

前記捕集工程から供給される液体からエアロゾル状の液滴を形成する液滴形成工程と、 前記液滴に光を照射するとともに、当該液滴の蛍光強度を測定する測定工程と、

前記捕集工程は、
気体導入部と液体導入部とサイクロン本体とを有するサイクロンを用いて、当該気体導入部から導入される気体を前記サイクロン本体の周方向に旋回させ、遠心力により当該気体中の検出対象粒子を前記サイクロン本体の壁面側に分離するとともに、当該液体導入部から液体を導入し、前記サイクロン本体の壁面側に分離された検出対象粒子を液体中に捕集して当該液体を前記液滴形成工程へと連続的に供給するサイクロン工程
を有する
ことを特徴とする測定方法。 - 前記サイクロン工程では、前記サイクロン本体の内部に導入された液体の水位を検出し、検出結果に基づいて、前記液体導入部から導入される液体の流量を調整する
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の測定方法。 - 前記蛍光物質は、蛍光標識抗体である
ことを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の測定方法。 - 前記蛍光物質は、複数の蛍光標識抗体により表面を修飾された抗体凝集粒子である

前記サイクロン本体から供給される液体からエアロゾル状の液滴を形成する液滴形成部と、
前記液滴に光を照射するとともに、当該液滴の蛍光強度を測定する測定部と、
