Description
高分子粒子として1次粒子の平均直径が0.2μmであるポリビニリデンフルオライド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン粒子(Arkema社、Kynar 2751) 100重量部を基準として、シリカナノ粒子(Degusa社、Aerosil R805、12nm)2重量部をヘンシェルミキサーで (Henschel mixer)で5分間混合し、前記高分子粒子の流動性が確保されるようにした後、これを印刷ユニットに含まれた貯蔵手段に投入した。
不織布基材に高分子粒子を印刷しなかったことを除いて、実施例と同様の方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。

Claims (13)
- 高分子粒子を帯電させて帯電した高分子粒子を形成する帯電手段、及び前記帯電した高分子粒子を、カソード、アノード及びセパレーターのうち一種以上である電気化学素子用基材の少なくとも一面に転写し、接着層が塗布された電気化学素子用基材を形成する転写手段を含む印刷ユニットと、
前記接着層が塗布された電気化学素子用基材を用いて、熱及び圧力を加え、カソード、アノード、及び前記カソードと前記アノードとの間に介されたセパレーターを含む電極組立体を形成する積層ユニットと、を含み、
前記帯電手段が、像担持体と、前記像担持体の表面に静電潜像を形成する潜像形成手段と、高分子粒子を収容する貯蔵手段と、前記像担持体の表面において、静電潜像を高分子粒子像に現像するために、前記高分子粒子を像担持体の表面に供給する高分子粒子供給手段と、を含み、
前記像担持体が前記高分子粒子供給手段との電位差を形成した後、前記高分子粒子供給手段から前記像担持体へ前記高分子粒子を移送し、
前記高分子粒子供給手段が、前記像担持体と一定間隔を置いて、接触することなく互いに向き合って位置しており、
前記接着層が、格子状のパターンに形成された、電極組立体の製造装置。 - 前記電極組立体の製造装置は、
前記セパレーターを供給するセパレーター供給部と、
前記カソードを供給するカソード供給部と、
前記アノードを供給するアノード供給部と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。 - 前記貯蔵手段は、前記高分子粒子の間に分散されている5nm〜100nmの無機物粒子をさらに収容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記高分子粒子は、ポリビニリデンフルオライド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、ポリビニリデンフルオライド−クロロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリビニリデンフルオライド−トリクロロエチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリブチルアクリレート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアセテート、エチレンビニルアセテート共重合体、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリアリレート、セルロースアセテート、セルロースアセテートブチレート、セルロースアセテートプロピオネート、シアノエチルプルラン、シアノエチルポリビニルアルコール、シアノエチルセルロース、シアノエチルスクロース、プルラン、アルジネート、及びカルボキシルメチルセルロースからなる群より選択されるいずれか一種、またはこれらのうち二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記印刷ユニットは、前記電気化学素子用基材の少なくとも一面に、非コーティング部を含む接着層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記非コーティング部の表面積は、前記電気化学素子用基材の全体表面積の20%ないし70%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記転写手段は、前記電気化学素子用基材に塗布された接着層を、熱及び圧力で定着させる定着手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記定着手段は、前記電気化学素子用基材に塗布された前記接着層を60℃ないし180℃の温度で、1kgf/cm2ないし300kgf/cm2の圧力で定着させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記積層ユニットは、前記接着層が塗布された電気化学素子用基材を用いて、60℃ないし120℃の温度で、1kgf/cm2ないし300kgf/cm2の圧力を加え、カソード、アノード、及び前記カソードと前記アノードとの間に介されたセパレーターを含む電極組立体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、0.001μmないし5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記セパレーターは、多孔性基材であるか、または前記多孔性基材の少なくとも一面に塗布された無機物粒子及び高分子バインダーを備える多孔性コーティング層を含むセパレーターであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記多孔性基材は、高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、線形低密度ポリエチレン、超高分子量ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキサイド、ポリフェニレンスルファイド、及びポリエチレンナフタレンからなる群より選択されるいずれか一種、またはこれらのうち二種以上の混合物から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記無機物粒子は、誘電率定数が5以上である無機物粒子、リチウムイオン伝達能力を有する無機物粒子、及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
