Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明が適用される内視鏡装置の一例を示している。本実施の形態においては、内視鏡装置1は、撮像ユニットを有する内視鏡2と、内視鏡2に照明光を供給する光源装置3と、内視鏡2に搭載された撮像ユニットに対する信号処理を行う信号処理装置としてのビデオプロセッサ4と、内視鏡画像を表示する表示装置としてのカラーモニタ5と、を備えて構成されている。
次に、本実施の形態の第2形態について説明する。第2形態は、イメージセンサ42を保持する撮像素子保持枠41の形状を若干変更し、接続用基板50側に延出する延出部を設けるものである。
Claims (3)
- パッケージの表面側に撮像素子の撮像面を配置すると共に、前記パッケージの裏面に前記撮像素子の電極部を配置した撮像素子パッケージを有するイメージセンサと、
第1ランド部と第2ランド部とを有し、前記第1ランド部が前記イメージセンサの電極部に接続される接続用基板と、
第1接続部と第2接続部とを有し、前記第1接続部が前記接続用基板の第2ランド部へ接続される硬質の回路基板と、
前記回路基板の第2接続部に接続されるケーブルと、
前記接続用基板および前記イメージセンサの周囲に配設された保護部材と、
を有し、
前記イメージセンサと前記回路基板とは、前記イメージセンサの電極部と前記第1接続部とが対向するように配置され、
前記接続用基板は、前記第1ランド部と前記第2ランド部との間に、前記ケーブルから前記回路基板を介して伝達される外力によって変位可能に屈曲された屈曲部を有し、
前記保護部材は、第1の保護部材と、前記第1の保護部材より軟質の第2の保護部材とから構成され、前記第2の保護部材は、少なくとも前記屈曲部内に配設されている
ことを特徴とする撮像ユニット。 - 前記接続用基板は可撓性を有するフレキシブル基板で形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像ユニット。 - 前記イメージセンサを保持する保持枠に、前記イメージセンサよりも基端側に延出する延出部を設け、前記延出部内に前記保護部材を充填する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像ユニット。
