Claims (14)
- 第1の部品を含む金型であって、
前記第1の部品は、
成形ゾーン(112)が付加されるカーカス(111)と、ここで、前記成形ゾーン及び前記カーカスの間に機械的界面(115)が創出され、
前記界面(115)および前記成形ゾーン(112)の間に形成される空洞(131)内に、長手方向として知られる方向に沿って延長する誘導子(132)と、及び
前記界面において、前記成形ゾーン及び前記カーカスの間に延長する冷却装置(140)と、を備え、
前記界面において、前記カーカス及び前記成形ゾーンの間に、前記成形ゾーン(112)及び前記カーカス(111)の間の形状上の差異を補償することが可能な熱伝導材料から成るシート(215)を備える、
ことを特徴とする金型。 - 前記シート(215)は、グラファイトから成る、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記シート(215)は、ニッケル(Ni)又はニッケル合金から成る、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記シート(215)は、銅(Cu)から成る、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記誘導子(132)は、少なくとも250℃の温度に耐え得る密閉スリーブ(431)内に包囲され、及び
前記冷却装置は、前記空洞(131)内で前記誘導子(132)周囲に流れる熱伝導流
体で構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記冷却装置(140)は、前記空洞(131)内で前記誘導子(132)周囲に、誘電性流体の流れで構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記誘電性流体は、電気絶縁油である、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の金型。 - 前記冷却装置は、温度の効果の下で、相転移を示す流体で満たされる空洞(341、342)を備え、
その転移の潜熱は、所定の温度で成形ゾーン(112)の熱を吸収するのに充分である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記冷却装置は、前記空洞(131)内で誘導子(132)周囲に、ガスを注入する装置(541、542)を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記ガスの注入は、前記長手方向を横切る方向に延長する注入導管(542)により実行される、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の金型。 - 前記長手方向に沿って、前記空洞(131)の長さ上にガスを注入する複数の注入導管(542)を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の金型。 - 前記ガスは、空気であり、80バール(80.105Pa)以上の圧力で注入される、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の金型。 - 前記界面(115)に対して、前記第1の誘導回路(132)から離隔する、分離された発電機により電流を供給される、第2の誘導回路(632)を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記カーカス(111)及び前記成形ゾーン(112)は、インバー(INVAR)タイプの鉄及びニッケル合金から成る、
