Claims (3)
- 金型(13)を加熱するための誘導加熱ヒータ(20)が金型(13)に挿入され、前記金型(13)を冷却するための冷却水通路(34,35)が前記金型(13)内に形成される金型の加熱・冷却構造において、
前記誘導加熱ヒータ(20)が、相互に平行に延びる一対の平行直線部(20a,20b)と、それらの平行直線部(20a,20b)の各一端間を結ぶ連結部(20c)とを有して略U字状に形成され、
前記金型(13)には、前記誘導加熱ヒータ(20)の前記一対の平行直線部(20a,20b)を各々挿入せしめる一対のヒータ挿入孔(23,24)が、該ヒータ挿入孔(23,24)の内周および前記誘導加熱ヒータ(20)の外周間に相互に平行な一対の前記冷却水通路(34,35)を形成するようにして設けられ、
前記金型(13)と、該金型(13)が組み込まれる母型(15)との間に断熱材(25,26,27)が介設され、
前記金型(13)の、前記連結部(20c)が露出する壁面に対向するように設けられた前記断熱材(25)には、該壁面との対向面に前記連結部(20c)を収容する第1の凹部(33)が形成され、
この第1の凹部(33)と前記金型(13)の前記壁面との間で前記連結部(20c)の外周に、前記一対の冷却水通路(34,35)を相互に連通させる冷却水連通路(33′)が形成されることを特徴とする金型の加熱・冷却構造。 - 前記金型(13)が組み込まれる母型(15)の前記金型(13)側に臨む面に、第2の凹部(41)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金型の加熱・冷却構造。
- 前記金型(13)に、肉抜き部(42,43)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の金型の加熱・冷却構造。
