Claims (7)
- ステータ(1)と、
前記ステータ(1)内部に位置決めされ、油圧が第1のロータ接続部(11)にかかるとき前記ステータ(1)に対して第1の方向に、かつ油圧が第2のロータ接続部(13)にあるとき前記ステータ(1)に対して第2の方向に変位可能である、ロータ(8)と、
前記ロータ(8)のハブ(7)を通過して突出するとともにカムシャフト(18)内に挿入される、中央弁(12)と
を備え、
前記中央弁(12)は、第1の作動接続部(A)と、当該第1の作動接続部(A)から軸方向に所定の間隔をおいて設けられた第2の作動接続部(B)とを備え、
前記第1の作動接続部(A)は前記第1のロータ接続部(11)に接続され、前記第2の作動接続部(B)は前記第2のロータ接続部(13)に接続される、
揺動形アクチュエータに於いて、
前記ロータ(8)の前記ハブ(7)内部に配置されている第1の円筒形部分と、前記第1の円筒形部分よりも大きい直径を有するとともに前記ロータ(8)の前記ハブ(7)内部に配置されている第2の円筒形部分と、前記第2の円筒形部分よりも大きい直径を有するとともに前記ロータ(8)の前記ハブ(7)外部に配置されている第3の円筒形部分とを有するスリーブ(30)が備えられ、前記中央弁(12)と前記ロータ(8)との間の環状チャンバは、前記スリーブ(30)によって2つの環状チャンバ(19、20)に分割され、当該2つのうちの一方の環状チャンバ(19)は前記スリーブ(30)の前記第1の円筒形部分の径方向外側の外面と前記ロータ(8)との間に位置して前記第1の作動接続部(A)を前記第1のロータ接続部(11)につなぎ、当該他方の環状チャンバ(20)は前記スリーブ(30)の前記第2の円筒形部分の径方向内側の内面と前記中央弁(12)との間に位置して前記第2の作動接続部(B)を前記第2のロータ接続部(13)につなぐ、
ことを特徴とする揺動形アクチュエータ。 - 前記スリーブ(30)の直径は、前記2つの作動接続部(A、B)の間で増大する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の揺動形アクチュエータ。
- 封止リング(31)が前記スリーブ(30)と前記中央弁(12)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の揺動形アクチュエータ。
- 前記封止リング(31)は前記中央弁(12)の溝に位置決めされている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の揺動形アクチュエータ。
- 前記スリーブ(30)は、前記第2の円筒形部分が前記ロータ(8)に当接した状態で圧入により位置決めされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の揺動形アクチュエータ。
- 前記ロータ(8)と当接している前記スリーブ(30)の前記第2の円筒形部分は、圧油の通過のための開口部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の揺動形アクチュエータ。
- 前記スリーブ(30)は前記第2の円筒形部分と前記第3の円筒形部分との間にショルダ部を備え、当該ショルダ部には前記ロータ(8)の突起が嵌合する凹部が存在する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の揺動形アクチュエータ。
