Claims (6)
- 特定物質及びこれに結合した磁性粒子を含む試料液を捕捉領域に導入する検出流路と、
当該検出流路に試料液を供給する供給手段と、
前記検出流路内に導入された磁性粒子を、前記捕捉領域で捕捉するよう、前記検出流路の外側であって前記捕捉領域に近接した位置に位置づけられる磁界発生手段と、
前記捕捉領域にて捕捉された特定物質を測定する測定手段と、
測定が終了した磁性粒子を当該検出流路から排出する排出手段と、
を備えた試料分析装置において、
前記捕捉領域は測定に寄与する光を発する磁性粒子を捕捉する領域であり、
前記検出流路の流れ方向と垂直方向における前記磁界発生手段の幅をa、捕捉領域の幅をbとした場合、全ての領域でこれらの比a/bが1.0<a/b≦1.67であると共に、
前記検出流路の流れ方向と平行方向の前記磁界発生手段の長さが前記捕捉領域の長さより全ての領域で小さいことを特徴とする試料分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の試料分析装置において、
aがbよりも0.6mm以上大きいことを特徴とする試料分析装置。
- 請求項1〜2のいずれか記載の試料分析装置において、
前記検出流路は、前記供給手段で試料液を導入する入口と、測定が終了した試料液を前記排出手段で排出する出口を有し、
前記磁界発生手段の磁極を有する面は、前記入口から出口へと向かう試料の流れ方向に対して平行となる向きに設置されていることを特徴とする試料分析装置。
- 請求項1〜2のいずれか記載の試料分析装置において、
前記検出流路は、前記供給手段で試料液を導入する入口と、測定が終了した試料液を前記排出手段で排出する出口を有し、
前記磁界発生手段の磁極を有する面は、前記入口から出口へと向かう試料の流れ方向に対して垂直となる向きに設置されていることを特徴とする試料分析装置。
- 試料液を流すための流路と、
前記流路内の捕捉領域にて、試料液中の特定物質に結合した磁性粒子を捕捉する磁界発生手段を備えた検出器において、
前記捕捉領域は測定に寄与する光を発する磁性粒子を捕捉する領域であり、
前記検出流路の流れ方向と垂直方向における前記磁界発生手段の幅をa、捕捉領域の流路幅をbとした場合、全ての領域でこれらの比が1.0<a/b≦1.67以下の範囲であると共に、
前記検出流路の流れ方向と平行方向における前記磁界発生手段の長さが、前記捕捉領域の長さよりも全ての領域で小さいことを特徴とする検出器。
- 請求項5記載の検出器において、
aがbよりも0.6mm以上大きいことを特徴とする検出器。
