Description
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の別の一つに係る駆動切換装置は、車両を3つの駆動状態に切換可能であり前記3つの駆動状態に対応した3つのシフト位置に変位可能とされた駆動切換部材と、前記駆動切換部材と連結されて回転により前記駆動切換部材を前記3つのシフト位置に変位させる出力部材と、電気モータに連結された入力部の回転を減速して出力部に出力する減速機構と、前記出力部と連結される入力要素と前記出力部材と連結される出力要素との間に介在された弾性部材を有し、前記入力要素の回転中に前記出力要素の回転が規制された場合における前記入力要素の回転を吸収する回転吸収機構と、前記出力要素に設けられ、前記駆動切換部材の前記シフト位置を検出するために、前記出力部材の回転位置に応じてスイッチをオン、オフ作動するスイッチ作動部と、を備え、前記出力要素は板材で形成され、前記スイッチ作動部は、前記板材を塑性変形して形成されたことを要旨とする。
また、本発明の別の一つに係る駆動切換装置によれば、駆動切換部材のシフト位置を検出するスイッチ作動部は、回転吸収機構の出力要素に設けられるため、回転吸収機構の出力要素の兼用にて専用の部材を必要とせず、部品点数が少なくなり、構造の簡素化ができる。また、出力要素とスイッチ作動部とは板材にて一体に形成されるので、製作が容易である。

Claims (6)
- 車両を3つの駆動状態に切換可能であり前記3つの駆動状態に対応した3つのシフト位置に変位可能とされた駆動切換部材と、
前記駆動切換部材と連結されて回転により前記駆動切換部材を前記3つのシフト位置に変位させる出力部材と、
電気モータに連結された入力部の回転を減速して出力部に出力する減速機構と、
前記出力部と連結される入力要素と前記出力部材と連結される出力要素との間に介在された弾性部材を有し、前記入力要素の回転中に前記出力要素の回転が規制された場合における前記入力要素の回転を吸収する回転吸収機構と、
前記出力要素に設けられ、前記駆動切換部材の前記シフト位置を検出するために、前記出力部材の回転位置に応じてスイッチをオン、オフ作動するスイッチ作動部と、を備え、
前記スイッチ作動部は、2個のスイッチをそれぞれ作動するように2個設けられ、前記2個のスイッチ作動部の少なくとも1つは、前記出力要素の一部が前記出力部材の回転軸線方向に押出されて形成された駆動切換装置。 - 車両を3つの駆動状態に切換可能であり前記3つの駆動状態に対応した3つのシフト位置に変位可能とされた駆動切換部材と、
前記駆動切換部材と連結されて回転により前記駆動切換部材を前記3つのシフト位置に変位させる出力部材と、
電気モータに連結された入力部の回転を減速して出力部に出力する減速機構と、
前記出力部と連結される入力要素と前記出力部材と連結される出力要素との間に介在された弾性部材を有し、前記入力要素の回転中に前記出力要素の回転が規制された場合における前記入力要素の回転を吸収する回転吸収機構と、
前記出力要素に設けられ、前記駆動切換部材の前記シフト位置を検出するために、前記出力部材の回転位置に応じてスイッチをオン、オフ作動するスイッチ作動部と、を備え、
前記出力要素は板材で形成され、前記スイッチ作動部は、前記板材を塑性変形して形成された駆動切換装置。 - 前記2個のスイッチ作動部の少なくとも1つは、前記出力要素を基部から前記出力部材の回転軸線方向且つ径方向外方へ押し出して形成された請求項1に記載の駆動切換装置。
- 前記出力要素は板材で形成され、前記スイッチ作動部は、前記板材を塑性変形して形成され請求項1に駆動切換装置。
- 前記出力要素は、前記弾性部材と係合可能な係合部を有し、前記係合部は、前記出力要素における前記スイッチ作動部を設けた側とは前記出力部材の回転軸線方向の反対側に設けられた請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動切換装置。
- 前記減速機構の回転位置を検出する減速機構回転位置検出部を備え、前記減速機構回転位置検出部の検出信号に応じて、前記電気モータの作動が制御される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動切換装置。
