Description

成分AA1)〜AA4)およびBB1)〜BB2)の合計量に基づき、
5〜40重量%の成分AA1)、
55〜90重量%のAA2)、
0.5〜20重量%の成分AA3)およびBB1)の合計、
0.1〜25重量%の成分AA4)およびBB2)の合計、ここで、0.1〜5重量%のAA4)および/またはBB2)からのアニオン性または潜在的アニオン性親水性化剤を用いる。
成分AA1)〜AA4)およびBB1)〜BB2)の合計量に基づき、
5〜35重量%の成分AA1)、
60〜90重量%のAA2)、
0.5〜15重量%の成分AA3)およびBB1)の合計、
0.1〜15重量%の成分AA4)およびBB2)の合計、ここで、0.2〜4重量%のAA4)および/またはBB2)からのアニオン性または潜在的アニオン性親水性化剤を用いる。
成分AA1)〜AA4)およびBB1)〜BB2)の合計量に基づき、
10〜30重量%の成分AA1)、
65〜85重量%のAA2)、
0.5〜14重量%の成分AA3)およびBB1)の合計、
0.1〜13.5重量%の成分AA4)およびBB2)の合計、ここで、0.5〜3.0重量%のAA4)および/またはBB2)からのアニオン性または潜在的アニオン性親水性化剤を用いる。
Rは、C=O、−COO(CH2)2−、または−COO(CH2)3−であり、
X−は、ハライドイオン、好ましくは塩化物である〕
で示される構造単位を含有するアクリルアミドのカチオン性コポリマーである。
これらの種類の好ましい塩は、(3−クロロ−2−ヒドロキシプロピル)トリメチルアンモニウムクロリド(CHPTAC)、ジメチルオクタデシル[3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]アンモニウムクロリド、ジメチルオクタデシルヒドロキシエチルアンモニウムニトレート、N、N、N−トリメチルアンモニウムエピヒドリンアミン塩、N、N、N−トリエチルアンモニウムエピヒドリンアンモニウム塩、N,N,N’,N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシペンチル)エチレンジアミンのモノアンモニウム塩およびN、N、N’,N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシペンチル)エチレンジアミンのジアンモニウム塩から成る群から選択される。
N,N,N’,N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシペンチル)エチレンジアミンを含有し、Jiangshu Haihua Trading Companyにより供給された。
Wolff Cellulosics GmbH&Co.KG(ドイツ)により供給。
Bayer MaterialScience AG(ドイツ)により供給されたポリウレタン水性分散体である。
Lanxess GmbH(ドイツ)により供給。

Claims (13)
- 被覆布の製造方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程:
a)布基材を、少なくとも1つの塩および少なくとも1つの変性セルロースを含む水性分散体Aと接触させる工程、
b)布基材を、ポリウレタン、ポリアクリレートおよびポリブタジエンからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのポリマーを含む水性分散体Bと接触させる工程、および
c)布基材中でのまたは布基材上でのポリウレタンの析出工程
を工程a)、b)、c)の順序で含み、
分散体Aの塩は、元素の周期表の第5主族の一以上の元素の有機オニウム塩であることを特徴とする、方法。 - 分散体Aの塩は、第3級アンモニウム塩、第4級アンモニウム塩、第3級ホスホニウム塩および第4級ホスホニウム塩からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分散体Aの塩は、(クロロ−ヒドロキシアルキル)トリアルキルアンモニウム塩、トリアルキル[(トリアルコキシシリル)アルキル]アンモニウム塩、トリアルキルアルコキシルアンモニウム塩、トリアルキルアンモニウムエピヒドリンアミン塩、N,N,N’,N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシアルキル)アルキレンジアミンのモノアンモニウム塩およびN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシアルキル)アルキレンジアミンのジアンモニウム塩からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有機オニウム塩は、分散体Aの全量を基準に≧0.01重量%〜≦15重量%の量で分散体A中に存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 変性セルロースは、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、プロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロプルメチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、カルボキシエチルセルロースおよびカルボキシプロピルセルロースからなる群から選択される化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 変性セルロースは、分散体Aの全量を基準に≧10重量ppm〜≦25重量%の量で分散体A中に存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 用いる布基材は、天然繊維および/または合成繊維に基づく織物、編物または不織布である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタンは、工程c)において、水を含有する浴槽中で、≧80℃〜≦180℃の範囲での温度へ加熱することにより析出させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程a)後におよび/または工程b)後に少なくとも部分的に過剰の液体を除去する工程をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法により得られる被覆布。
- 被覆布は合成皮革である、請求項10に記載の被覆布。
- 被覆布の製造のための、元素の周期表の第5主族の1以上の元素の有機オニウム塩の使用であって、有機オニウム塩は、(クロロ−ヒドロキシアルキル)トリアルキルアンモニウム塩、トリアルキル[(トリアルコキシシリル)アルキル]アンモニウム塩、トリアルキルアルコキシルアンモニウム塩、トリアルキルアンモニウムエピヒドリンアミン塩、N,N,N’,N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシアルキル)アルキレンジアミンのモノアンモニウム塩およびN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシアルキル)アルキレンジアミンのジアンモニウム塩からなる群から選択される、前記使用。
- 被覆布は合成皮革である、請求項12に記載の使用。
