Claims (8)
- 金属製飲料缶製造用のせぎり工具であって、前記せぎり工具は、硬質相及び結合相から成る超硬合金であり、
前記超硬合金における前記硬質相の含有量は、84−87wt%であり、
前記硬質相は、WC及びWC以外の材料から成り、
前記超硬合金におけるWCの含有量は、18−63wt%であり、
前記WC以外の材料は、21−30wt%のTiC、0−27wt%のTiN、および0−12wt%のNbCから成る、せぎり工具。 - 前記超硬合金の結合材率が約14wt%である、請求項1に記載のせぎり工具。
- 前記超硬合金が10g/cm3未満の密度を有している、請求項1又は2に記載のせぎり工具。
- 前記超硬合金の結合材率が14.17wt%である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のせぎり工具。
- 前記超硬合金が7.13 1×10−6/℃の熱膨張係数を有している、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のせぎり工具。
- 前記超硬合金が7.49 1×10−6/℃の熱膨張係数を有している、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のせぎり工具。
- 前記超硬合金が、1μm未満、好ましくは0.5−1μm、更に好ましくは0.5−0.9μmの粒径を有する等級を有している、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のせぎり工具。
- 金属製飲料缶製造用の請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のせぎり工具の使用。
