Claims (12)
- LEDランプユニットであって、
− 少なくとも2つのLED光源、
− 前記LED光源の支持部材、
− 前記LED光源を電気的に接続するための電気コネクタベース、及び
− 前記LED光源の前記支持部材と熱的に接触するとともに互いに離間して且つ平行に配置される複数の冷却フィンを有するヒートシンク、を有し、
前記少なくとも2つのLED光源は、共通の板状の前記支持部材の反対側の側部に配置され、
前記共通の板状の支持部材は、前記共通の板状の支持部材の一方の端部における前記ヒートシンクの少なくとも第1の部分と前記共通の板状の支持部材の反対側の端部における前記電気コネクタベースとの間で前記LEDランプユニットの長手方向に延び、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記LED光源によって放射される光の一部をブロックし、それぞれの前記冷却フィンが前記LEDランプユニットの前記長手方向に延びる、
LEDランプユニット。 - 前記ヒートシンクの第2の部分が、前記支持部材と熱的に接触して、前記電気コネクタベースと前記板状の支持部材との間に配置される、
請求項1に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - 電動ファンが、前記ヒートシンクに配置される、
請求項1又は2に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - 前記電動ファンは、前記ヒートシンクに、前記冷却フィンの間のギャップを通って前記LED光源に向かう冷却気体の流れを生成するよう、配置される、
請求項3に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - 前記ギャップは、前記LED光源に向かって開かれ、前記冷却気体の流れが前記LED光源に当たることを可能にする、
請求項4に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - 前記板状の支持部材は、前記ヒートシンクと一体に形成される又は前記ヒートシンクに直接機械的に接触する、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - 前記板状の支持部材は、金属板である、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - 前記LED光源は白色LEDである、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - 前記電動ファンが前記ヒートシンクの前記第1及び前記第2の部分に配置され、
2つの前記電動ファンの中心をつなぐ第1の方向に沿って測定される前記ランプユニットの延長線は、50mm未満であり、前記第1の方向と直交する第2の方向に沿って測定される前記ランプユニットの直径は20mm未満である、
請求項2を引用する請求項3乃至5、並びに、請求項2及び3を引用する請求項6乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - 前記ヒートシンクは、前記LED光源に向かってテーパ形状にされる、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のLEDランプユニット。 - リフレクタ及び請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のLEDランプユニットを少なくとも有する前照灯又はシグナルランプであって、
前記LEDランプユニットは、前記LED光源によって放射される光が前記リフレクタによって前記前照灯又はシグナルランプの光放射方向に向けられるように、前記リフレクタに少なくとも部分的に囲まれる体積の中に完全に配置される、
前照灯又はシグナルランプ。 - 前記リフレクタは、パラボラリフレクタである、
請求項11に記載の前照灯又はシグナルランプ。
