Abstract

本发明公开一种无风扇的汽车大灯,包括LED灯组件和散热组件,LED灯组件包括灯柱、灯板和灯珠,铝体的一端连接灯柱的一端,灯柱上设置灯板,灯板上设置灯珠,散热组件包含铜织带和散热片,铝体的另一端设置铜织带,铝体上设置散热片。本发明通过铝体、铜织带、顶盖、内圈外圈和灯板上的散热结构多方位自然散热,可在不设置风扇的环境下达到较佳的散热效果,在实现环保的同时也降低了成本,进而实现是无风扇、小体积汽车大灯的高散热效果;灯珠采用15W飞利浦灯珠,具有较高的发光亮度;灯板采用高导热铜基板,紧贴灯珠时,具有较高的散热性能;LED前大灯的线路通过接头连接车载电源起到线路连接的防水、防震、防接反和防脱落的效果。

一种无风扇的汽车大灯
技术领域
本发明涉及LED前大灯技术领域,具体来说是一种无风扇的汽车大灯。
背景技术
科技在发展,人类在进步,尤其在飞速发展的现代,人类对生活品质的要求也越来越高,私家车也趋于进入千家万户。在降低了门槛的同时,却毫不放松对安全性能以及节能减排的要求。对于机动车来说,前大灯是尤为重要的一部分,其普遍采用发光角度为3600的S2型双灯丝灯泡,由于发光角度为3600,不仅有一部分光源损失,并且还造成灯部温度升高,同时光通量比较低,一般都还不到25LM/W。
再者现有技术中,前大灯主要通过风扇散热,使前大灯的整体结构没有得到充分利用,存在资源的浪费,也使成本较高,噪音污染较大,特别是无风扇、小体积的汽车大灯很难做成高效散热效果。
因此,特别需要一种无风扇的汽车大灯,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中,无风扇、小体积的汽车大灯很难做成高效散热效果的缺陷,提供一种无风扇的汽车大灯,来解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种无风扇的汽车大灯,包括LED灯组件和散热组件,所述LED灯组件包括灯柱、灯板和灯珠,所述铝体的一端连接灯柱的一端,所述灯柱上设置灯板,所述灯板上设置灯珠,所述散热组件包含铜织带和散热片,所述铝体的另一端设置铜织带,所述铝体上设置散热片。
在本发明中,还包括上盖,所述上盖由铝合金材质制成,所述灯柱的另一端设置上盖,所述上盖上设置散热槽。
在本发明中,所述铜织带由紫铜材质制成。
在本发明中,还包括内圈和外圈,所述灯柱的另一端套设外圈,所述外圈内设置内圈,所述内圈上固定设置铜织带。
在本发明中,所述外圈通过散热柱套设在内圈上,所述内圈的外侧面和外圈的内侧面 之间设置散热间隙。
在本发明中,所述内圈和外圈分别由铝合金材质制成。
在本发明中,还包括聚光罩,在所述灯板上,灯珠的一侧设置聚光罩。
在本发明中,还包括色温管,所述色温管包含透明玻璃,所述透明玻璃上设置色温纸。
在本发明中,所述透明玻璃由石英玻璃材质制成;所述色温纸的颜色为黄金色、蓝色、粉色或透明色。
在本发明中,所述灯珠为15W飞利浦灯珠;所述灯板为高导热铜基板。
有益效果
1、通过铝体、铜织带、顶盖、内圈外圈和灯板上的散热结构多方位自然散热,可在不设置风扇的环境下达到较佳的散热效果,在实现环保的同时也降低了成本,进而实现是无风扇、小体积汽车大灯的高散热效果;
2、色温管采用石英玻璃材质制成,以及通过色温纸变色,能够实现黄色光3K、蓝光8K、粉红光12K或透明6K的变色调整;
3、灯珠采用15W飞利浦灯珠,具有较高的发光亮度;
4、灯板采用高导热铜基板,紧贴灯珠时,具有较高的散热性能;
5、LED前大灯的线路通过接头连接车载电源起到线路连接的防水、防震、防接反和防脱落的效果。

具体实施方式
在全部附图的视图中,对应的参考符号表示对应的部件。
一种无风扇的汽车大灯,包括LED灯组件和散热组件,LED灯组件包括灯柱1、灯板2和灯珠3,铝体4的一端连接灯柱1的一端,灯柱1上设置灯板2,灯板2上设置灯珠3,散热组件包含铜织带5和散热片6,铝体4的另一端设置铜织带5,铝体4上设置散热片6。
无风扇的汽车大灯,还包括上盖7,上盖7由铝合金材质制成,灯柱1的另一端设置上盖7,上盖7上设置散热槽8。
铜织带5由紫铜材质制成。
无风扇的汽车大灯,还包括内圈9和外圈10,灯柱1的另一端套设外圈10,外圈10内设置内圈9,内圈9上固定设置铜织带5;在本发明扩展的实施方案中,可在内圈9和外圈10上分别喷涂超疏水疏油复合涂层20,在长期的使用中,能够保障内圈9和外圈10的卫生等级,进而避免因沾染灰尘而影响散热效果的问题。
外圈10通过散热柱套设在内圈9上,内圈9的外侧面和外圈10的内侧面之间设置散热间隙。
内圈9和外圈10分别由铝合金材质制成。
无风扇的汽车大灯,还包括聚光罩11,在灯板2上,灯珠3的一侧设置聚光罩11,达到较好的聚光效果。
在灯柱1上,灯柱1上套设用于保护灯珠3和扩散灯珠3光线的色温管12,色温管12包含石英玻璃14和色温纸15,透明玻璃(内侧壁或外侧壁)通过粘贴或卡接限位的方式设置色温管12。本发明采用石英玻璃材质制成,以及通过色温纸变色,能够实现黄色光3K、蓝光8K、粉红光12K或透明6K的变色调整。
优选的实施方式中,灯珠3采用15W飞利浦灯珠3,具有较高的发光亮度;灯板2采用高导热铜基板,紧贴灯珠3时,具有较高的散热性能;LED前大灯的线路接头13通过接头连接车载电源起到线路连接的防水、防震、防接反和防脱落的效果。

1.一种无风扇的汽车大灯,包括LED灯组件和散热组件,所述LED灯组件包括灯柱、灯板和灯珠,所述铝体的一端连接灯柱的一端,所述灯柱上设置灯板,所述灯板上设置灯珠,其特征在于:所述散热组件包含铜织带和散热片,所述铝体的另一端设置铜织带,所述铝体上设置散热片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:还包括上盖,所述上盖由铝合金材质制成,所述灯柱的另一端设置上盖,所述上盖上设置散热槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:所述铜织带由紫铜材质制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:还包括内圈和外圈,所述灯柱的另一端套设外圈,所述外圈内设置内圈,所述内圈上固定设置铜织带。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:所述外圈通过散热柱套设在内圈上,所述内圈的外侧面和外圈的内侧面之间设置散热间隙。
6.根据权利要求4所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:所述内圈和外圈分别由铝合金材质制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:还包括聚光罩,在所述灯板上,灯珠的一侧设置聚光罩。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:还包括色温管,所述色温管包含透明玻璃,所述透明玻璃上设置色温纸。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:所述透明玻璃由石英玻璃材质制成;所述色温纸的颜色为黄金色、蓝色、粉色或透明色。
10.根据权利要求1所述的无风扇的汽车大灯,其特征在于:所述灯珠为15W飞利浦灯珠;所述灯板为高导热铜基板。
