Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る三相誘導電動機の断面図である。図1では、三相誘導電動機1におけるシャフト51の軸方向直交面の断面構造を示している。三相誘導電動機1の回転軸であるシャフト51は、例えば鉄道車両用の場合、継手(図示せず)および減速歯車(図示せず)を介して鉄道車両の車軸(図示せず)に連結されるように構成される。
Claims (6)
- ワイドバンドギャップ半導体を用いて形成されたスイッチング素子を備えたインバータからの交流電力の供給を受けて回転駆動される三相誘導電動機であって、
型巻きコイルを挿入するためのオープンスロット構造の固定子スロットを有する固定子と、
二次導体が挿入される回転子スロットを有し、空隙を介して前記固定子の内側に配置され、前記二次導体が軸方向にスキューされない構造の回転子と、
を備え、
前記回転子スロット数をNr、前記固定子スロット数をNs、極数をNpとするときに、以下の(1)式の関係を満足するように構成されていることを特徴とする三相誘導電動機。
Nr≦Ns−Np−6 …(1) - 前記三相誘導電動機は、鉄道車両駆動用の主電動機として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三相誘導電動機。
- 前記三相誘導電動機は、全閉型であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の三相誘導電動機。
- 毎極毎相の前記固定子スロット数が4以上且つ6以下であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の三相誘導電動機。
- 前記固定子スロット数が48、前記回転子スロット数が38および前記極数が4であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の三相誘導電動機。
- 前記型巻きコイルを構成する素線が周方向に1列であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の三相誘導電動機。
