Description
(1)供給された液体を流出するために設けられた孔を長手方向の側面に備える中心パイプと、上記中心パイプの周りに充填され、上記液体に含まれる標的分子又は標的細胞を吸着させる吸着担体と、流入してきた上記液体が上記中心パイプの中を通るように上記中心パイプの上流端に連通され、上記液体が上記中心パイプを通過せずに上記吸着担体と接触するのを防ぐように配置されたプレートAと、上記中心パイプの下流端を封鎖し、上記吸着担体を上記中心パイプの周りの空間に固定するように配置されたプレートBと、を備えるラジアルフロー型の吸着担体充填カラムにおいて、上記吸着担体と上記プレートAとの間に挿入材Cが挿入され、上記吸着担体と上記プレートBとの間に挿入材Dが挿入され、上記挿入材Cの変形率(C1)と上記吸着担体の変形率(E0)の比(C1/E0)が1≦C1/E0≦10であり、かつ、上記挿入材Dの変形率(D1)と上記吸着担体の変形率(E0)の比(D1/E0)が1≦D1/E0≦10であり、上記挿入材Cの厚み(TC)と上記吸着担体と上記プレートAの隙間の距離(LA)の比(TC/LA)が1.1≦TC/LA≦4であり、かつ、上記挿入材Dの厚み(TD)と上記吸着担体と上記プレートBの隙間の距離(LB)の比(TD/LB)が1.1≦TD/LB≦4である、吸着担体充填カラム。
(2)上記挿入材Cの厚み(TC)と上記吸着担体と上記プレートAの隙間の距離(LA)の比(TC/LA)が3≦TC/LA≦4であり、かつ、上記挿入材Dの厚み(TD)と上記吸着担体と上記プレートBの隙間の距離(LB)の比(TD/LB)が3≦TD/LB≦4である、(1)記載の吸着担体充填カラム。
(3)上記挿入材C及びDは、それぞれ独立に、ゴム、ゲル、スポンジ若しくは不織布からなる挿入材であるか、又は、これらのいずれかを原料に含む挿入材である、(1)又は(2)記載の吸着担体充填カラム。
(4)血液成分処理用である、(1)〜(3)のいずれか記載の吸着担体充填カラム。
(5)IL−6除去用である、(1)〜(4)のいずれか記載の吸着担体充填カラム。
変形率=(自然な長さ−荷重がかかった後の長さ)/加えた圧力 ・・・式1
例えば、底面積1cm2、自然長1cmの挿入材に対し、底面に10gの荷重を均等に加えたとき(圧力10g/cm2)、長さが0.8cmとなった場合の変形率は、
変形率=(1−0.8)/(10/1)=0.02cm3/g
となる。 また、底面積10cm2、自然長5cmの挿入材に対し、底面に20gの荷重を均等に加えたとき(圧力2g/cm2)、長さが4.5cmとなった場合の変形率は、
変形率=(5−4.5)/(20/10)=0.25cm3/g
となる。
36島の海島複合繊維であって、島がさらに芯鞘複合よりなる繊維を、次の成分を用いて、紡糸速度800m/分、延伸倍率3倍の製糸条件で得た。
島の芯成分 : ポリプロピレン
島の鞘成分 : ポリスチレン90wt%、
ポリプロピレン10wt%
海成分 : エチレンテレフタレート単位を主たる
繰り返し単位とし、共重合成分として
5−ナトリウムスルホイソフタル酸を
3wt%含む共重合ポリエステル
複合比率(重量比率) : 芯:鞘:海 = 45:40:15
PP製不織布を95℃、3wt%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液で処理し、海成分を溶解することによって、芯鞘繊維の直径が5μmで、嵩密度が0.02g/cm3の不織布(PSt+PP製不織布、以下、不織布A)を作製した。
ニトロベンゼン46wt%、硫酸46wt%、パラホルムアルデヒド1wt%、N−メチロール−α−クロルアセトアミド(以下、NMCA)7wt%を10℃以下で混合、撹拌、溶解しNMCA化反応液を調製した。このNMCA化反応液を5℃にし、1gの不織布Aに対し、約40mLの固液比でNMCA化反応液を加え、水浴中で反応液を5℃に保ったまま2時間反応させた。その後、反応液から不織布を取り出し、NMCA反応液と同量のニトロベンゼンに浸漬し洗浄した。続いて不織布を取り出し、メタノールに浸漬し洗浄を行い、クロロアセトアミドメチル化不織布(以下、不織布B)を得た。
テトラエチレンペンタミン(以下、TEPA)の濃度が20mM、トリエチルアミンの濃度が473mMとなるようにそれぞれを500mLのジメチルスルホキシド(以下、DMSO)に溶解した液に、10gの不織布Bを浸して40℃で3時間反応させた。反応後の不織布をDMSO及びメタノールで洗浄し、さらに水洗することによって、TEPA化不織布(以下、不織布C)を得た。なお不織布Cの変形率(E0)は0.021cm 3 /gであった。なお不織布Cはメチルオレンジ、IL−6を吸着する。

Claims (5)
- 供給された液体を流出するために設けられた孔を長手方向の側面に備える中心パイプと、
前記中心パイプの周りに充填され、前記液体に含まれる標的分子又は標的細胞を吸着させる吸着担体と、
流入してきた前記液体が前記中心パイプの中を通るように前記中心パイプの上流端に連通され、前記液体が前記中心パイプを通過せずに前記吸着担体と接触するのを防ぐように配置されたプレートAと、
前記中心パイプの下流端を封鎖し、前記吸着担体を前記中心パイプの周りの空間に固定するように配置されたプレートBと、
を備えるラジアルフロー型の吸着担体充填カラムにおいて、
前記吸着担体と前記プレートAとの間に挿入材Cが挿入され、
前記吸着担体と前記プレートBとの間に挿入材Dが挿入され、
前記挿入材Cの変形率(C1)と前記吸着担体の変形率(E0)の比(C1/E0)が1≦C1/E0≦10であり、かつ、前記挿入材Dの変形率(D1)と前記吸着担体の変形率(E0)の比(D1/E0)が1≦D1/E0≦10であり、
前記挿入材Cの厚み(TC)と前記吸着担体と前記プレートAの隙間の距離(LA)の比(TC/LA)が1.1≦TC/LA≦4であり、かつ、前記挿入材Dの厚み(TD)と前記吸着担体と前記プレートBの隙間の距離(LB)の比(TD/LB)が1.1≦TD/LB≦4である、吸着担体充填カラム。 - 前記挿入材Cの厚み(TC)と前記吸着担体と前記プレートAの隙間の距離(LA)の比(TC/LA)が3≦TC/LA≦4であり、かつ、前記挿入材Dの厚み(TD)と前記吸着担体と前記プレートBの隙間の距離(LB)の比(TD/LB)が3≦TD/LB≦4である、請求項1記載の吸着担体充填カラム。
- 前記挿入材C及びDは、それぞれ独立に、ゴム、ゲル、スポンジ若しくは不織布からなる挿入材であるか、又は、これらのいずれかを原料に含む挿入材である、請求項1又は2記載の吸着担体充填カラム。
- 血液成分処理用である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の吸着担体充填カラム。
- IL−6除去用である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の吸着担体充填カラム。
