Claims (7)
- 内輪と、外輪と、複数の円すいころと、保持器を有する円すいころ軸受において、
前記内輪の大つばの外径面全体を、内輪の正面側から背面側にゆくほど徐々に大径となる傾斜面とすることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記複数の円すいころの外径面の母線が、前記円すいころの中心軸と交わる点を頂点とし、
前記内輪の軌道面と前記頂点とを結ぶ仮想線と、前記内輪の大つば面と前記円すいころとの接触点と前記頂点とを結ぶ仮想線と、がなす角度をθとしたとき、前記大つば面の外径位置を1.007×θ以上とした請求項1の円すいころ軸受。 - 前記大つばの外径面の傾斜角度を、前記内輪の軌道面の角度以上、前記保持器の柱の内径面角度以下とした請求項1または2の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記内輪の大つば面から前記内輪の背面まで貫通した通路穴を設けた請求項1、2または3の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記大つば面側開口位置における前記通路穴の最外径端の半径方向位置を0.093×θ以下とした請求項4の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の柱のポケットに面する側面を凸形状とした請求項1から5のいずれか1項の円すいころ軸受。
- 鉄道車両駆動装置における小歯車用である請求項1から6のいずれか1項の円すいころ軸受。
