Description
実施例1において、単相誘導モータを利用した1段式のロータリ圧縮機に本発明が応用される。図1はロータリ圧縮機1及び冷凍システムの構成を示す。ロータリ圧縮機は、密閉の円柱型ハウジング2に固定された圧縮機構5と、その上部に配置されたモータ3とで構成されている。モータ3は、ハウジング2の内径に固定されたステータ4と、圧縮機構5のクランク10に固定されたロータ30とで構成されている。
ばね取付軸15aに固定されたリング溝内に固定されたスラストリング18は、ロータ30が摺動軸15から抜け出すように防止することができる。更にスラストリング18としてC型バッフルリングを利用してもよい。また、軸端溝15bに挿入されたコイルばね40が抜け出す恐れがあれば、同様に、軸端溝15bの上端に環状溝を配置し、C型バッフルリングを取り付けることができる。
電動式圧縮機の騒音の大部分は、圧縮室の排気音により形成されるものである。トルク緩衝装置が圧縮室の排気時間を延長でき、気体速度を緩やかにさせるため、排気音を効果的に減少することができる。また、ロータ30の角速度の安定化により、モータからの200〜800Hzの耳障りな騒音を緩和させることができる。
回転が停止する場合には、摺動部の油膜が冷媒と置換することができるため、クランクの起動トルクが増加する。その結果、モータが起動できない問題がある場合もある。しかし、トルク緩衝装置により、ロータの起動のため、クランクの起動が容易になる。
圧縮室の大量の液体冷媒の吸入のため、運転中の圧縮機が緊急停止する。この結果、クランクまたはピストンが損害される。トルク緩衝装置は、このような激しすぎるトルク変動の状況下で、圧縮機の急停止または損害を防止することができる。
高トルク運転において、一時的な電圧の低下のため、圧縮機が停止する。トルク緩衝装置は、ロータの回転トルクを円滑になり、上述の問題を改善することができる。
本実施例は、本発明を往復動圧縮機に応用する応用例である。
実施例3では、ロータリ圧縮機及び往復動圧縮機には、ねじり棒ばね(Torsion Bar Spring)をトルク緩衝装置として利用される。コイルばねと比べて、ねじり棒ばねの特徴は、小型・軽量であり、大きなトルクが発生でき、更に、クランク内に収納されることができるため、スペース効率を高めることもできることである。これらの特徴及び効果は、以下の説明によってさらに明確となる。
(1)耐繰り返しの強トルクを有し、信頼性が高い。
(2)設計の自由度が非常に大きくなる(上述)。
(3)クランク10の軸内に部材を内蔵することができるため、小型化となる。
(4)ねじり軸47aは、図8に示すような非線形の特徴があるため、大きいモータトルクの変動に追従する特徴を有する。
(5)一般的に言えば、設計、製造及びコストに有利であり、信頼性も高い。
(1)作動において、ねじり軸47a及び軸内孔14の調心を行う。
(2)運転中のねじり軸47aのねじりのため、発生されたロータ30とクランク10との間のトルクが正確に伝達されることができる。
(3)トルク棒44とねじり棒ばね47との結合信頼性及び組立性に有利である。
実施例4は、捩りコイルばね40のロータ側作動端40cまたは、ねじり棒ばね47の動端A48をロータ30に取り付ける方法である。本発明の趣旨によってさまざまな方法がある。本実施例は、一つの例である。
(1)本発明は、振動を低減するための大部分の電動式圧縮機に利用されることができる。
(2)構造が簡単であり、設計及び製造に対する影響が小さい。
(3)圧縮機の制御及びシステムを変更する必要がない。
(4)運転条件全体において、モータの効率は低下しない。
(5)振動を低減できるだけでなく、圧縮機の起動性能や騒音、依頼性などを改善することができる。

Claims (9)
- ステータ及びロータを備えたモーターと、
前記ロータと回転摺動可能に連結されたクランクを備えており、前記クランクによって駆動圧縮された圧縮室を内蔵した圧縮機構と、
前記ロータと前記クランクとを連結するためのトルク緩衝装置と、
を含み、
前記トルク緩衝装置は、作動端が前記クランク及び前記ロータとそれぞれ連結されたねじり棒ばね、捩りコイルばね及び渦巻ばねのいずれか一つを備え、
前記圧縮室の圧縮過程において、前記クランクの回転角と前記ロータの回転角との差である位相角は増減され、
前記トルク緩衝装置のばね特性は、前記位相角の増加に応じて、ばね係数が増加する非線形ばねである
ことを特徴とする電動式圧縮機。 - 前記ねじり棒ばねの作動端の一方は前記クランクの軸内に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。 - 前記ねじり棒ばねの作動端の一部が前記クランクの軸端部または前記ロータの内径に摺動可能に嵌められている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。 - 前記ねじり棒ばねの作動端の一方には前記ロータの内径に固定された固定軸を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。 - 前記ねじり棒ばねの作動端の一方には、前記ねじり棒ばねの軸芯と直交したトルク棒を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。 - 前記捩りコイルばねまたは前記渦巻ばねの作動端の一方は前記クランクの軸端部に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。 - 前記ねじり棒ばね、前記捩りコイルばねまたは前記渦巻ばねの作動端の一方は前記ロータに配置されたエンドリングまたはコア板に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮機構には、前記クランクを摺動可能に支持するための軸受を備え、前記クランク内に取り付けられた前記ねじり棒ばねの作動端は、前記軸受が前記クランクを摺動可能に支持する範囲内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式圧縮機。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電動式圧縮機を備えた冷凍装置。
