Claims (21)
- 主要量の潤滑粘度の基油、並びに
少量の粘度調整剤、分散剤、摩擦調整剤、抗酸化剤、抑制剤、粘着性付与剤、及び増粘剤を含むか、或いは混合することにより製造された、可動部間の摩擦を低減させるために使用される組成物であって、
前記分散剤が粉末スチレンエチレン/プロピレンブロック共重合体であり、
前記増粘剤が、ジメチルジクロロシランで後処理されたヒュームドシリカ、及び比表面積200m 2 /gの親水性ヒュームドシリカであり、
保管の間、油分離の抑制を図るために、前記分散剤及び前記増粘剤が粉砕され、前記組成物に溶解された組成物。 - 前記基油が鉱油及びポリアルファオレフィン(PAO)オイルである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記抑制剤がポリエチレングリコールである、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記粘度調整剤がポリメタクリル酸アルキルである、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記粘着性付与剤が、選択されたパラフィン系素材に溶解させたポリイソブチレンである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記摩擦調整剤がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記抗酸化剤がフェノール系の抗酸化剤である、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- ケトルに粘度調整剤を添加する工程;
前記ケトルに第一の基油を添加する工程;
アンカー翼及び撹拌機翼により前記組成物を混合する工程;
第二の基油を添加する工程;
前記撹拌機翼の速度を増加させる工程;
抗酸化剤及び摩擦調整剤を添加する工程;
ローター/ステーターアセンブリを使用することにより、前記ケトル内に真空を形成する工程;

- 前記粘着性付与剤が、選択されたパラフィン系素材に溶解させたポリイソブチレンである、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記摩擦調整剤がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである、請求項13に記載の製造方法。
- 前記抗酸化剤がフェノール系の抗酸化剤である、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 35〜55%の鉱油、
30〜50%のPAOオイル、
0.5〜5%の粉末スチレンエチレン/プロピレンブロック共重合体、
0.5〜5%のジメチルジクロロシランで後処理されたヒュームドシリカ、及び
1〜10%の、比表面積200m2/gの親水性ヒュームドシリカ、
からなる成分の混合物から調製された、可動部間の摩擦を低減させるために使用される潤滑製剤であって、
前記粉末スチレンエチレン/プロピレンブロック共重合体、前記ジメチルジクロロシランで後処理されたヒュームドシリカ、及び前記比表面積200m2/gの親水性ヒュームドシリカが、ローターステーター内へ直接導入され、それによって、製剤時に、前記粉末スチレンエチレン/プロピレンブロック共重合体、前記ジメチルジクロロシランで後処理されたヒュームドシリカ、及び前記比表面積200m2/gの親水性ヒュームドシリカが、前記混合物の表面下で粉砕され、分散され、溶解される、潤滑製剤。 - さらに、0.1〜2%のポリエチレングリコールを含む、請求項16に記載の成分の混合物から調製される潤滑製剤。
- さらに、0.1〜2%のポリメタクリル酸アルキルを含む、請求項17に記載の成分の混合物から調製される潤滑製剤。
- さらに0.1〜2%の選択されたパラフィン系素材に溶解させたポリイソブチレンを含む、請求項18に記載の成分の混合物から調製される潤滑製剤。
- さらに、0.5〜5%のポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項19に記載の成分の混合物から調製される潤滑製剤。
- さらに、0.1〜2%のフェノール系の抗酸化剤を含む、請求項20に記載の成分の混合物から調製される潤滑製剤。
