Description
Claims (7)
- インバータシステムの運転開始時に発生する過電流を遮断するために直流リンクキャパシタと連結されるリレーの誤作動を検出するリレーの誤作動検出装置であって、
前記リレーと連結されるリレー抵抗の抵抗温度に基づいて、前記リレー抵抗が過熱したか否かを判断する温度判断部と、
前記インバータシステムの運転開始による前記直流リンクキャパシタの充電電圧の変化値が基準変化値を超えたか否かを判断する充電電圧判断部と、
前記リレー抵抗が過熱したか否かを判断した結果、及び前記算出された変化値が予め設定された基準変化値を超えたか否かを判断した結果の何れか一つ以上に基づいて、前記リレーが誤作動しているか否かを判断するリレー誤作動判断部と、を含み、
前記誤作動判断部は、前記リレー抵抗が過熱したと判断され、前記算出された変化値が予め設定された基準変化値を超えたと判断されると、前記リレーが誤作動していると判断する、リレーの誤作動検出装置。 - 前記温度判断部は、
前記抵抗温度が予め設定された基準温度値を超えると、前記リレー抵抗が過熱したと判断する、請求項1に記載のリレーの誤作動検出装置。 - 前記インバータシステムの運転前における前記直流リンクキャパシタの第1の充電電圧と、前記インバータシステムの運転が開始し予め設定された時間が経過した後における前記直流リンクキャパシタの第2の充電電圧との電圧差を、前記直流リンクキャパシタの充電電圧の変化値として算出する変化値算出部をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のリレーの誤作動検出装置。
- 前記リレー抵抗の抵抗値及び前記リレー抵抗に流れる電流の電流値を用いて前記基準変化値を算出する基準変化値算出部をさらに
含み、
前記基準変化値算出部は、
下記数式を用いて基準変化値を算出する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のリレーの誤作動検出装置。
- 周辺温度の変化に対応して抵抗値が変わるNTCサーミスタを用いて前記リレー抵抗の抵抗温度を測定する温度測定部と、
前記直流リンクキャパシタの充電電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、をさらに含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のリレーの誤作動検出装置。 - 前記誤作動判断部の判断結果を外部に報知する報知部をさらに含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のリレーの誤作動検出装置。
- 前記リレー抵抗は、
前記直流リンクキャパシタと連結されるリレーと並列連結される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のリレーの誤作動検出装置。
