下付きの“c”は1又は2であり、さらに、
下付きの“d”は1から12であり、さらに、
R1は、アルキル、置換アルキル、アリール、置換アリール、アルコキシ及び置換アルコキシを含む群から選択される。
図1において描かれているのは、F1S3M3と称されてきた、好ましいケイ素含有化合物である。
図8は、図7に類似しているが、NCAカソードを使用した55℃でのF1S3M2の全電池サイクル性能を描いている。図7におけるものと同じように、結果は、C/10とC/2との間でも、F1S3M2電解質及びグラファイト対照及びEC:DEC対照を含有する全電池間でも、実質的には区別がつかないものである。全ての結果は区別がつかないものであった。これは、本開示による組成物が、種々のアノード及びカソード材料、並びに、種々のセパレータを使用して、多くの異なる温度条件にて機能することができるということにおいて注目に値する。
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの塩及び少なくとも1つの化合物を含む電解質組成物であって、前記少なくとも1つの化合物が、以下の式、
下付きの“a”は1から3の整数であり、
下付きの“b”は1又は2であり、さらに、
4≧“a”+“b”≧2であり、
Xはフッ素であり、
Rは、以下の式Iの部分、
R2は有機スペーサーであり、
R3は、無又は有機スペーサーであり、
R4は、水素、アルキル又はアリールであり、
R5は、アルキル又はアリールであり、
下付きの“c”は1又は2であり、さらに、
下付きの“d”は1から12であり、さらに、
R1は、アルキル、置換アルキル、アリール、置換アリール、アルコキシ及び置換アルコキシを含む群から選択される、電解質組成物。 - R1はメチルである、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塩が、リチウム含有塩である、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塩が、0.1Mから3.5Mまでの濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塩が、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiAsF6、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3、Li(CF3SO2)2N、Li(CF3SO2)3C、Li(C2F5SO2)2N、LiDFOB、LiBOB、リチウムアルキルフルオロホスフェート、リチウムボレート及びリチウムビス(キレート)ボレートを含む群から選択される、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 液体である、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の電解質組成物を含む電気化学装置。
- 当該電気化学装置はアノードを含み、さらに、前記電解質組成物は、前記アノード上に不活性化層を形成する添加物をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのリチウム金属酸化物カソード及び少なくとも1つのアノードを含むリチウム二次電池である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 以下の式、
