Description
プレコートが吹き付けによって除去される場合、それらが汚染されることによりフィルタの動作が妨害されるのを防止することを目的として、フィルタの内部の濾過布及び別のデバイスの表面が高圧の液体噴射によって洗浄される場合がある。この吹き付け手法は、プレコートを除去することを制御するための複雑なチャンネル構造と、濾過表面及び内部領域の洗浄手段とを必要とし、したがって装置が高価となる。
− 装置の変更が最小となる、
− 製造中断が短縮され、その間の時間が延長される、
− ベイスン内の溶液が不必要に希釈されない、
− 液体噴射が、プレコートとフィルタの表面との間の回転方向に逆らうように向けられる場合、プレコートが、より容易に、より高い信頼性で、より効率的に解放される、
− 液体量及び噴射圧力を最小にし、さらには装置に対して障害がほとんどない状態で、プレコートを除去することが効率的に実施され得る、
− 濾過表面さらにはスクレーパの下方の領域が1つの事象において同じノズルを用いて洗浄され得る。
Claims (8)
- 化学パルプ産業の石灰スラッジを濾過するディスク・フィルタ又はドラム・フィルタの濾過表面(56)上に蓄積した石灰スラッジ含有プレコート(57)を除去する方法であって、前記プレコート(57)がスクレーパ(20)の上方の前記濾過表面(56)に向けられた液体噴射(54)により除去される方法において、前記プレコート(57)を表面に有する前記濾過表面(56)が前記プレコート(57)の前記除去の間、濾過プロセスの回転方向に対して反対方向に回転し、且つ前記プレコート(57)がスクレーパ(20)の下方から上昇する方向に回転することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記回転方向の変更がインバータによって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プレコート(57)を除去する前記液体噴射(54)が、前記除去中、前記濾過表面(56)に当たるように下方に傾斜されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記プレコート(57)の前記除去の前及び/又はその最中、前記濾過の圧力差が縮小されるか完全に除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体噴射(54)が前記濾過表面(56)上に向けられ、前記プレコート(57)が除去された後、前記液体噴射(54)が前記スクレーパ(20)の下方の表面及び/又は前記濾過表面(56)を洗浄することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレコート(57)を除去する前、苛性化タンクへ移すことにより前記フィルタのベイスン(40)を空にすることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレコート(57)が、前記プレコート(57)の前記除去前及び/又はその最中にこすり取られて薄くなることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレコート(57)の前記除去、及び/又は前記濾過表面(56)の前記洗浄の強化のために、ガス圧力又は液体圧力が内側から前記濾過表面(56)へ向けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
