Abstract

MÉTODO PARA REMOVER A CAMADA DE PRÉ-REVESTIMENTO DE UM FILTRO ROTATIVO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelhos utilizados na indústria de pasta química para a remoção de pré-revestimento (57) que contém de lama de cal acumulada sobre uma superfície de filtragem (56) de um filtro de disco ou tambor. O pré-revestimento (57) é removido por meio de pulverizações de líquido (54) dirigidas para a superfície de filtragem (56) acima de um raspador (20), e a superfície de filtragem (56) é girada para um sentido oposto ao sentido de movimento do processo de filtragem durante a remoção de pré-revestimento (57).
