Description
[実施形態による照明システム]
図1は、実施形態による照明システムの構成を示したブロック図である。
[ランプユニットから照射されるビームパターン]
図2ないし図9は、実施例により図1に示されたヘッドランプのランプユニットから照射されるビームパターンを示す正面図である。図1ないし図9を参照すると、センサーユニット100により感知されたセンシング値によって、走行モード判定部710が判定した走行モードに応じてランプユニットを含むヘッドランプ305から照射されるビームのパターンを詳しく見てみる。
雨天走行モードと判定されれば、普段と違ってランプユニットに含まれる光源の個別駆動によって近距離前方の一部を遮断し、中距離前方及び遠距離前方の一部を照射する雨天走行モードのビームパターンを具現することができる。

Claims (23)
- 第1基板(substrate)と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第2基板と、
前記第2基板上に配置される多数の光源(light source)と、
を含み、
前記多数の光源は、一列に並んで多数個の光源が配置される少なくとも2個の光源アレイ(array)を含み、
前記光源アレイのうち、少なくとも第1光源アレイと第2光源アレイは互いに独立して駆動され、
前記第2基板の上面は、第1平面、前記第1平面より高い第2平面、及び前記第1平面と前記第2平面との間に配置された傾斜面を含み、
前記第1光源アレイは、前記第2基板の前記第1平面によって支持され、
前記第2光源アレイは、前記第2基板の前記傾斜面によって支持され、
前記第2基板の前記第1平面と前記第2基板の前記傾斜面との間の角度は、91〜179°であり、
前記多数の光源のうち一部の光源は、光出射方向又は光束がその他の光源と異なる、ランプユニット。 - 前記光源アレイは、第3光源アレイをさらに含み、
前記第3光源アレイは、前記第2基板の前記第2平面に配置され、
前記第1ないし第3光源アレイのいずれか一つの光源アレイに含まれた光源と他の一つの光源アレイに含まれた光源は、互いにくい違って配置された、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記光源アレイは、第3光源アレイをさらに含み、
前記第3光源アレイは、前記第2基板の前記第2平面に配置され、
前記第1ないし第3光源アレイのいずれか一つの光源アレイに含まれた光源の個数と他の一つの光源アレイに含まれた光源の個数は、互いに異なる、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記光源アレイは、第3光源アレイをさらに含み、
前記第3光源アレイは、前記第2基板の前記第2平面に配置され、
前記第1ないし第3光源アレイのいずれか一つの光源アレイに含まれた光源の光束と他の一つの光源アレイに含まれた光源の光束は、互いに異なる、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記光源アレイは、第3光源アレイをさらに含み、
前記第3光源アレイは、前記第2基板の前記第2平面に配置され、
前記第1ないし第3光源アレイの何れか一つの光源アレイに含まれた光源の間の間隔と他の一つの光源アレイに含まれた光源の間の間隔は、互いに異なる、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記光源アレイは、第3光源アレイをさらに含み、
前記第3光源アレイは、前記第2基板の前記第2平面に配置され、
前記第1光源アレイに含まれた光源は、第1カラー光を出射し、
前記第2光源アレイに含まれた光源は、第2カラー光を出射し、
前記第3光源アレイに含まれた光源は、第3カラー光を出射し、
前記第1カラー光、前記第2カラー光、及び前記第3カラー光は、互いに異なる、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記光源アレイは、第3光源アレイをさらに含み、
前記第3光源アレイは、前記第2基板の前記第2平面に配置され、
前記第1光源アレイに含まれる光源の上部面から延びた第1平行線と前記第3光源アレイに含まれる光源の上部面から延びた第2平行線との間の間隔は、前記第1光源アレイ又は前記第3光源アレイに含まれる光源の上部面と下部面との間の間隔よりさらに小さい、請求項1に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記第1光源アレイに含まれる光源の第1光出射方向は、前記第3光源アレイに含まれる光源の第2光出射方向と互いに異なり、
前記第1光出射方向及び前記第2光出射方向は、前記第1基板の上面と垂直であるか、又は、前記第1基板の上面と平行である、請求項2ないし7の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記第1光源アレイに含まれる光源の上部面から延びた第1平行線は、前記第2光源アレイに含まれる光源の上部面又は側面と出会う、請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光源アレイに含まれる光源のうち、前記光源アレイの中央領域に配置される光源の光束は、前記光源アレイの端領域に配置される光源の光束よりさらに大きい、請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光源アレイに含まれる光源の間の間隔は、前記光源アレイの中央領域から端領域に行くほど、徐々に大きくなる、請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光源アレイに含まれる光源の少なくとも二つは、互いに異なる平面上に配置される、請求項1ないし11の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光源アレイに含まれる光源の少なくとも二つは、光束が互いに異なる、請求項1ないし12の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光源アレイに含まれる隣接した二つの光源は、互いに異なる色の光を出射する、請求項1ないし13の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第1基板は第1熱伝導率を有する金属基板であり、前記第2基板は第2熱伝導率を有する絶縁基板であり、
前記第2基板は窒化物又は陽極酸化層を含む、請求項1ないし14の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記第2基板上に配置された第1電極パターンと、
前記第1基板上に配置された第2電極パターンと、を含み、
前記第1光源アレイは、前記第1電極パターン上に配置され、
前記第1光源アレイに含まれる光源は、前記第2電極パターンとワイヤを介して電気的に連結される、請求項1ないし15の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記第1基板と前記第2基板は互いに同一の物質からなる、請求項1ないし14の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第2基板の表面は、凹の曲面である、請求項1ないし17の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第2基板は、前記第2基板の表面から所定の高さで突出した少なくとも一つの突起(projection)を含む、請求項1ないし18の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記多数の光源の周辺部に配置されるバリア(barrier)をさらに含み、
前記バリアは金属反射物質を含む、請求項1ないし19の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記第1光源アレイに含まれる光源の間の距離d11は、前記第1光源アレイに含まれる光源と前記第2光源アレイに含まれる光源の間の距離d13よりさらに小さい、請求項1ないし20の何れか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記距離d11と前記距離d13の比率は、1:1.1〜1:10である、請求項21に記載のランプユニット。
- 光を発生するランプユニットと、
前記ランプユニットから発生した光を反射させて光の方向を変えるリフレクターと、
前記リフレクターから反射した光を屈折させるレンズと、
前記ランプユニットを収納し、透光性材質で形成されたハウジングと、
車両の外部環境を感知するセンサーユニットと、
前記センサーユニットにより生成された感知結果に応じて前記ランプユニットに含まれた少なくとも一つ以上の光源を駆動するECUと、
を含み、
前記ランプユニットは、
前記請求項1ないし22の何れか一項に記載のランプユニットを用い、
前記外部環境に対応して照明パターンが変更される、車両ランプ装置。
