<実施例>
図2の構成において、透明基材として膜厚125μmのPET(東レ(株)製のU483−125)を用いた。
<評価内容>
エッチングにより透明導電性膜に配線のパターニングを実施し、透明導電性膜側から目視した際のパターンの不可視性について評価した。
JIS K5600に準拠し、透明導電性膜側の塗膜に1mm間隔の切り込みを縦横11本ずつ入れて100個の碁盤目を作成した。各サンプルにセロハンテープ(セロテープ(登録商標))を貼り付け、消しゴムで複数回擦り付けて密着させた後テープを引き剥がし、塗膜が剥離せず残存した格子の目数を確認した。また、剥離が発生した際には、剥離がアンダーコート層と透明導電性膜、またはアンダーコート層と透明基材のどちらの界面で発生したか確認した。

Claims (9)
- 透明基材の一方の面にアンダーコート層と透明導電性膜とが順に積層された透明導電性フィルムにおいて、
前記アンダーコート層の屈折率が1.5〜2.0の範囲内にあり、前記アンダーコート層の屈折率が前記透明基材の屈折率より高くかつ前記透明導電性膜の屈折率より低く、前記アンダーコート層の組成物全量を100重量%としたときに高屈折材料の含有量が40重量%以下であり、X線光電子分光法を用いて測定された前記アンダーコート層の前記透明導電性膜から厚さ方向30nm以内の範囲の炭素原子の含有率X(C30)(at%)と珪素原子の含有率X(Si30)(at%)とが式(1)の関係にあり、前記アンダーコート層の前記透明導電性膜から厚さ方向40nm以上の範囲の炭素原子の含有率X(C40)(at%)と珪素原子の含有率X(Si40)(at%)とが式(2)の関係にある、透明導電性フィルム。

- X線光電子分光法を用いて測定された前記アンダーコート層の前記透明導電性膜から厚さ方向30nm以内の範囲の酸素原子の含有率が45at%以上であり、前記アンダーコート層の前記透明導電性膜から厚さ方向40nm以上の範囲の酸素原子の含有率が30at%以下である、請求項1または2に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記透明導電性膜が金属酸化物である、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記透明基材は、屈折率が1.45〜1.75の範囲内にあるプラスチックフィルムである、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記透明導電性フィルムの面内リタデーションReが30nm以下、深さ方向リタデーションRthが100nm以下である、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記透明導電性フィルムの前記透明導電性膜と反対側の面に有機化合物の層を有する、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の透明導電性フィルムを構成要素としている、タッチパネル。
- 請求項8に記載のタッチパネルを構成部品としている、表示デバイス。
